The Practice And Improvement Of The Legal Consultant System In The Construction Of Township Rule Of Law Governmen

In order to realize the rule of law and promote the construction of the government under the rule of law,we should not neglect the practice of the township government under the rule of law.The work of the township government is directly facing the broad township masses,which is a window for the township people to feel the construction of the government ruled by law.The effect of township government rule of law construction directly affects the whole process of rule of law government construction.The system of legal adviser is a powerful guarantee to make up the law shortage of township government and effectively promote the construction of township government under the rule of law.This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of the legal counsel in the construction of township government under the rule of law.The study has found that there are still some problems in the practice of the township legal counsel system in team building,work participation,resolving conflicts and management system.The strength of the legal counsel team of the township government is insufficient,the participation in the work of the township government is not high,the power to resolve the contradictions of the masses is limited,and the imperfect management of the legal counsel system of the township government is still prominent.In-depth analysis of the reasons,mainly include limited financial investment,imperfect supervision and assessment system,unclear legal counsel role positioning,irregular management and so on.In view of the several problems found,the author put forward several corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems,such as increasing the financial input,strengthening the supervision and assessment,improving the role positioning,and improving the management norms.To probe into the practice of the legal consultant system in the construction of the rule of law of the township government is to further perfect the system and give full play to the positive role of the system in the practice of the rule of law of the township government,it is beneficial to further strengthen the foundation of our country’s government under the rule of law,and fully resolve the contradictions at the grass-roots level,promote the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity,and build a government under the rule of law.
