In recent years, with the continuous improvement of China’s comprehensive national strength, international influence and international status, the scope of China’s cooperation with other countries has been expanding and the radius of its interests has been expanding. In economic cooperation with other countries, developing countries and underdeveloped countries have gained tangible development benefits through the establishment of long-term economic and trade cooperation with China, and China has thus become a key force in the international community to promote common prosperity, promote development cooperation and narrow the development gap between regions. At the same time, however,it should also be noted that in the process of China’s economic cooperation with foreign countries, due to the huge differences in the actual national conditions and regional conditions of the target countries, economic activities mainly in the form of Chinese-led outbound investment often face a lot of uncertain risks.Among these risks, the non-operational risks caused by political and social factors in the target country are the most influential.Different target countries have different cognition and preference for foreign investment due to their different political system, development model and social system. These differentiated perceptions are reflected in policies adopted by governments, political parties and political groups of different countries on foreign investment. Moreover, laws and regulations on foreign investment in different countries,as well as public and community attitudes and perceptions towards China, also have a lasting impact on the progress of China’s overseas investment projects in relevant countries to a certain extent. In some countries, due to the influence of domestic political factors in the host countries, some Chinese-invested enterprises and projects are forced to postpone, suspend or even terminate from time to time, causing Chinese enterprises to suffer huge property losses. What is more serious is the spread of anti-China,exclusion and xenophobia in some countries and regions due to historical and racial prejudices.A small number of extremists have targeted Chinese enterprises and Chinese property in the region for revenge, seriously endangering the safety of Chinese business operators and technicians. It can be said that the non-operational risk of China’s overseas investment has become a prominent challenge faced by Chinese enterprises in the process of "going global".Among the many non-operational risks faced by China’s overseas investment, the risks caused by political factors are getting higher and higher, and more and more threats are being posed. This phenomenon has attracted increasingly strong attention from academia, policy circles and the public. As various potential risk factors, including political risks, gradually emerge, deepen and expand in scope, the continuous expansion of China’s overseas investment will face more severe tests, but this will not and should not become the reason for China to increase the pace of overseas investment. The future,China’s capital, technology, talent will later "sea",in the form of more diversified and therefore may face the risk of changing,China must strengthen research on correlation factors affecting the safety of overseas investment, especially the enterprises outside the control of operational risk research, summarize the past experience to reflect on past investment behavior,In order to enhance the risk prevention ability of enterprises. Is basic train of thought to this thesis,by collating and investment situation of China and south Asian countries, for China’s overseas investment risk factors existing classification, sorting, analysis of non-operating security risks, clinical manifestations and the associated factors, the investment risk in south China and general conclusion multiple international institution decides that the south Asian investment risk,In order to find their commonness and difference, and on this basis to establish a comprehensive assessment of Chinese enterprises overseas investment risk analysis framework. In the case part, the paper chooses the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor as the verification of the analysis framework of the paper. In the end, based on the analysis and argumentation of the above parts, the paper puts forward targeted suggestions on controlling China’s overseas investment risks in the future,in order to provide useful reference for formulating corresponding policies in the future.
