Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Smart City Management Mechanism In W District Of Chongqing City

Urban management affects urban development from all levels and plays an increasingly important role in social governance.The 19 th CPC National Congress also put forward the requirements of professional,intelligent,legal and socialized social governance.The specific requirements are to speed up the development of intelligent and integrated information technology and infiltrate it into all links of urban management.With the development of new generation technology,the concept of "smart urban management" is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.It can not only effectively integrate resources,but also meet the needs of people’s new level of life.The construction of "smart urban management" is becoming more and more intelligent,scientific and civilized,and there are more and more complex and prominent problems in the process of development.Although many countermeasures have been formed for these problems in practice,most cities only consider the technical problems and ignore the role and influence of management to a certain extent.This paper takes the smart city management mechanism of W District of Chongqing as the research object,introduces the new public management theory and good governance theory,tries to clearly define the concept of smart city management through literature research,interview,questionnaire survey,comparative analysis and other methods,studies the smart city management mechanism of W District,summarizes the current situation of smart city management mechanism of W District,and summarizes the weak infrastructure construction of smart city management mechanism of W District This paper analyzes the reasons for the problems in four aspects: the efficiency of departmental collaborative governance needs to be improved,the lack of professional talents and the low degree of public participation,and summarizes the reasons in four aspects: less capital investment and single channel,the lack of scientific and complete management system,imperfect talent introduction and training mechanism,and emphasizing management over response.Finally,combined with the reality of W District,learn from Dongcheng District of Beijing,Yangzhou Based on the advanced experience of smart urban management in Zhangjiagang and other domestic cities,this paper puts forward three countermeasures: strengthening market operation under the guidance of the government,establishing a new scientific and efficient management mode,strengthening talent introduction,exchange and training,and mobilizing the enthusiasm of the public,in order to provide feasible suggestions for other districts and counties of Chongqing to improve the construction of smart urban management mechanism.
