| With the deepening of reform and opening up and the successive implementation of various regional development strategies,China’s economic and social development has made great achievements,and the regional development gap has been narrowing.However,the pattern of unbalanced,insufficient and uncoordinated regional development has not been fundamentally changed.The problem of large regional development gap is still prominent.In some places,due to historical factors,natural conditions,resource allocation,weak foundation and other reasons,It has formed a situation that is obviously slower than the surrounding regional economy,and has become a low-lying area for economic development.In the process of promoting the rise of economic depressions,the main leaders can best reflect their ideas and wisdom in promoting economic development,and their wisdom and courage in solving problems and challenges.This paper attempts to explore how the leadership behavior of the main leaders plays a role in the rise of depressions through the analysis of a typical case of "Q leadership in Zhangjiagang".Firstly,this paper analyzes the development mode of the rise of economic depression.According to the literature review at home and abroad and the author’s grass-roots work experience for many years,this paper believes that the rise of economic depression needs to be combined with endogenous development and exogenous development.Endogenous development plays an important role in the rise of economic depression by improving the efficiency of capital allocation,making full use of human resources,expanding the real economy and improving infrastructure construction;Exogenous development is mainly reflected in the utilization of domestic policy resources and the introduction of foreign capital resources.Secondly,it discusses several dimensions of the role of the leadership behavior of the main leaders.Based on the analysis of the theories of leadership traits,leadership behavior and leadership contingency,this paper puts forward several dimensions:behavior incentive mechanism,entropy change decision-making mechanism and value orientation mechanism to explore the role mechanism of the leadership behavior of main leaders in the rise of depressions.Finally,through the case analysis of Q leader’s leadership behavior in Zhangjiagang,combined with the development model of the rise of economic depression,this paper focuses on the role of the main leadership behavior incentive mechanism,entropy change decision-making mechanism and value orientation mechanism in endogenous and exogenous development.At the same time,it also analyzes whether such a leadership action mechanism is effective for the rise of economic depressions.At the same time,based on the important role of main leaders in the rise of depressions,it puts forward some enlightenment for low-lying areas of economic development. |
