| With the deep application of mobile internet technology,"network politics","online participation",and "online government" have become the new highlights of social governance.As a new medium of network governance,the government microplatform is gradually becoming a broad stage for public to obtain information,communicate and express their wishes.It has also become an important way for government to listen to public opinions,explore public feelings and solve public problems.However,there are still some typical problems in the development of China’s government micro-platforms,such as "zombies","sleeping","no interaction" and so on.How to enhance the efficiency of government-public interaction has become an urgent problem to be discussed and solved.This study systematically combs the literature of government micro-platform,government-public interaction behavior and related theories at home and abroad,defines the two core concepts of "government micro-platform" and "government-public interaction",and systematically grasps the current academic research status.On this basis,the evaluation index system of the government-public interaction ability on the government micro-platform is constructed and 31 provincial government microplatforms are evaluated.The results show that,on the whole,the channels are relatively perfect,but the efficiency of the interaction is low,the amount of public interaction is far behind other types of micro-platforms,and the vast majority of governments fail to participate in the interaction and respond to the public timely and accurately.Based on the perspective of the "public side",this study further explores the factors that influence the interaction behavior on the government micro-platform.Based on the core content of privacy calculus theory,social influence theory and so on,a conceptual model of public interaction behavior on government micro-platform is constructed,and eight latent variables and nine corresponding theoretical hypotheses are proposed.And based on the questionnaire survey data,the SEM is used to verify the hypothesis.The results show that eight of the nine hypotheses are valid.At the same time,thirteen mesomeric paths from each latent variable to the latent variables of " Interactive Objective " and " Interactive Behavior " in the model are tested,of which four paths have mesomeric effects.On the basis of previous research,this study analyzes the problems and difficulties in the process of the interaction between the government and the public on the government micro-platform in our country.And from the perspectives of "public side" and "government side",it proposes five strategies to improve the level of the government-public interaction on the government micro-platform.The five strategies are as follows: Based on the "public side",we should actively participate in governance,actively and widely interact;improve media literacy,and set privacy rights.Based on the "government side",it is necessary to improve service awareness,improve operation and publicity;enrich interactive channels,improve response quality and efficiency;improve privacy mechanisms and strengthen the protection of information.This study starts from the comprehensive perspectives of "public side" and "government side",introduces privacy calculus theory,etc.,and conducts a more indepth empirical research and theoretical discussion on the " government-public interaction behavior" on the "government micro-platform".It enriches the research content of this topic and expands the applicable scope of these related theories.However,the analysis of the impact of demographics and other factors needs to be indepth,and the targeted research on government departments needs to be improved.In the future,it’s possible to continue to deepen the research on this topic,extract and summarize the interactive behavior mechanism,from "empirical research results" to "theoretical research results". |
