| With the rapid development of economy and technology,people’s living standard is increasing day by day,We are enjoying the comfort and convenience of productivity development,at the same time the other side of the society bud and all sorts of negative concerns also emerged,which is closely related to daily life of the telecom network fraud,is first and foremost,even to the development situation of force majeure,nibbling state and people’s property and information security.Telecom fraud is based on the illegal acquisition of information,using a variety of means,in order to not specific groups of fraud for the purpose of the victims of the implementation of infringement.As telecom fraud often rely on advanced technical support,complex crime tools,hidden crime location,scattered crime personnel,criminals and often do not directly contact with the victims,all this has caused the current telecom fraud difficult to prevent,difficult to govern,difficult to crack,difficult to deal with the difficult situation.The government is the final carrier to serve the people,and it has an inescapable responsibility to purify the people’s personal property environment.In the face of the aggressive telecom fraud,the government has invested a lot of manpower and material resources to carry out large-scale special rectification activities.This paper takes the current situation of telecom fraud in the high-tech zone of Z city as an example.Considering the geographical and population distribution characteristics of the high-tech zone,the telecom fraud prevention work in the region has a certain representativeness.At present,the high-tech zone government has taken a series of powerful measures to prevent telecom fraud,but the fraud phenomenon is still emerging in endlessly.On the basis of affirming the preventive measures that have been carried out,this paper considers that there are still some areas to be improved through comparative analysis and demonstration.After all,telecom network fraud means is new,government measures also should keep pace with the times.Article points five chapters,summarizing the origin,concept and characteristics of telecom fraud,and analyzing the current situation of telecom fraud in the zone and the existing problems,using the grid management in public management theory,makes every effort to do telecom fraud prevention work integration management and combination of fine management,and puts forward some suggestions for high-tech telecommunications fraud prevention work.Overall,the article expounds the telecom fraud prevention and control work train of thought,is the government-led,integration of public security,enterprises and people power,makes the grid management in the regional community model,through the management of community grids,censored telecom fraud,not an opportunity to criminals,while increasing the cognitive level of telecom fraud,create an environment of mass prevention and governance. |
