Research On Comprehensive Management Of Network Telecom Fraud

In recent years,frequent incidents of telecom fraud began to attract public attention.The crime of telecom fraud is caused by the development of network,which is characterized by team crime,complex and changeable modus operandi and many victims.In recent years,telecom fraud cases occur frequently,which has attracted wide attention from all walks of life.Telecommunication fraud is a new type of crime developed with the development of network technology,which has many characteristics,such as gang crime,diversification of criminal means,and large span of victim groups,so it is difficult to crack down on telecom fraud.This kind of fraud has made society extremely bad.Therefore,it is very necessary to prevent and control telecom fraud.If we do not take effective measures to prevent it,it will inevitably affect the stable development of society.This paper mainly discusses from seven parts.The first part introduces the background,purpose and significance of this paper.Through the analysis of the current research situation at home and abroad,the characteristics of the current academic research on telecom fraud at home and abroad are summarized.In addition,the research methods and main research contents used in this paper are introduced.The second part mainly introduces the concept,characteristics,technical means and difficulties of telecom fraud,and also introduces the theoretical basis of this paper,which lays the foundation for the later research.The third part analyzes the current situation of national telecom fraud and Shaoxing telecom fraud,which mainly analyzes the overall situation of Shaoxing telecom fraud,the types of cases,the areas where cases occur and so on.The fourth part analyzes the existing problems in Shaoxing telecom fraud on the basis of the third part of the current situation research,and explores the causes of these problems.The fifth part introduces some cases of telecom fraud at home and abroad,and summarizes some experiences from excellent cases at home and abroad.These experiences can help Shaoxing to comprehensively manage telecom fraud.The sixth part puts forward some suggestions to perfect the comprehensive management of network telecom fraud.It is hoped that these suggestions can help Shaoxing to control the problem of telecom fraud and also provide some reference for the management of telecom fraud in other regions.The seventh part summarizes the content of the full text and looks forward to the future development of telecom fraud governance.
