Research On Party Building Work Since The Eleventh National Congress Of The Communist Party Of Vietnam

The Communist Party of Vietnam is the only ruling party in Vietnam and the second largest Marxist ruling party in the world after the Communist Party of China.In the historical process of socialist revolution,construction and innovation in Vietnam,the Communist Party of Vietnam has always adhered to the guidance of Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Thought,and strived to explore and improve the party’s ideological and theoretical construction,organizational construction,party conduct and anti-corruption construction.In practice,it has accumulated rich experience in party building.It is crucial to the development of the Communist Party of Vietnam and Vietnamese socialism,and has certain reference significance for socialism in the world today.Since the 11th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam,the Communist Party of Vietnam has strengthened the construction of the party,and proposed to continuously improve the party’s leadership and combat effectiveness,and build a pure,strong party that maintains an advanced role.Starting from the international environment and its own reality,the Communist Party of Vietnam constantly enriched and developed its ideological construction.It always attaches great importance to ideological construction,emphasizes the importance of theoretical construction,and promotes the construction of other aspects of the party through the construction of ideological and theoretical aspects,and guides the further in-depth work of the Communist Party of Vietnam.The 11th National Congress emphasized the importance of the party’s political construction,and proposed to improve the effect of ideological construction;the 12th National Congress pointed out the phenomenon of "self-evolution" among party members,analyzed the causes,and proposed relevant countermeasures;On this basis,the Political Report of the 13th National Congress reiterated that attention should be paid to ideological and political education.The practice of party building of the Communist Party of Vietnam is also concentrated in the improvement of party style and anti-corruption ability,and the continuous development of organizational construction.In terms of organizational construction,the number of party members in Vietnam is relatively large.Strengthening the organizational construction of the party is an important part of the Communist Party of Vietnam that cannot be ignored.Since the 11th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam,the Communist Party of Vietnam has proposed to strengthen the leadership and management of cadres,improve their assignment of tasks,and clearly divide their responsibilities.Cultivate their excellent skills and good work style,and improve the quality of cadres and public officials.Build a team of honest cadres and public officials who can truly adapt to the requirements of the new situation.The 12th National Congress proposed to vigorously reform the work of cadres,attach importance to the protection of the party and internal political protection,and implement various cadres regulations.The 13th National Congress proposed to reform and improve the streamlined and efficient political system and organizational structure,while consolidating the party’s grass-roots organization and improving the quality of the cadre team.In addition,under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam,the cohesion and attractiveness of the party has also been continuously strengthened,and the anti-corruption work has also achieved great results.During this period,a number of major corruption cases were handled and the reasons for corruption were analyzed.This improved the cadre’s awareness of discipline,strengthened the binding force on the cadre,effectively suppress the occurrence of ideological problems and the degeneration of the moral style in the cadre,improved its leadership and combat effectiveness.For a long time,the Communist Party of Vietnam has attached great importance to party building and constantly summed up experience and lessons.Since the 11th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam,on the basis of profound experience,the Communist Party of Vietnam has continuously improved its own party building level,ensured a stable ruling position,and achieved social stability and comprehensive economic and social development in Vietnam.
