A Comparative Study Of Party Building Work Since China And Vietnam Reform(Reform) And Opening Up

Under the historical conditions of long-term governance,what kind of party should be built,how to build the party and how to strengthen the party’s governance capacity are issues of great significance to the party in power,this is also directly related to the future of the party,the country and the fate of society.Both China and Vietnam are communist communist socialist countries,and both parties have gone through a long period of revolutionary struggle before finally becoming the ruling party.From the level of political party system,the political party systems of the two countries are very similar.From the historical background of the development of the two countries,both parties finally took power through constant revolutionary struggle and consolidated their ruling position in their own countries,in the process of Party building and exploration,the two parties of China and Vietnam have met many challenges and opportunities,and there are some similarities and differences in many aspects.The purpose of this paper is to study the opportunities and challenges of the Party construction in China and Vietnam since the reform and opening up,the exploration and development in many aspects,and the similarities and differences in the process of the exploration and development of the two countries.This paper consists of six chapters.The first chapter introduces the background and significance of this paper,the research status,research methods,research ideas and difficulties as well as innovative points.The second chapter is the relevant concepts of research,Marxist classical writers on the Party building issues,reform(reform)since the opening up of China and Vietnam Party building theory and other theoretical issues;The third chapter summarizes the opportunities and challenges that China and Vietnam are facing since the reform and opening up.Chapter IV Exploration and development of Party building work since China and Vietnam Reform(reform)and opening up,this paper discusses the exploration and development of the Party building work since the reform and opening-up of China and Vietnam from six aspects of political construction,ideological construction,organizational construction,style construction,discipline construction and system construction.The fifth chapter analyzes the similarities and differences of the exploration and development of the Party building work since the reform and opening up of China and Vietnam,this paper discusses the similarities and differences in the exploration and development of the two parties from four aspects: the construction of the inner-party laws and regulations,the inner-party supervisory organs,the measures of the inner-party anti-corruption,and the construction of the inner-party grass-roots democratic system.The Sixth Chapter is the enlightenment,after the exploration and development of the Party building in China and Vietnam and the practical experience,summarizes several enlightenment,and provides the valuable experience for strengthening the ruling ability of the two parties in the future.
