management is put forward.In the aspect of concept,the government should improve the consciousness of public crisis management.In terms of content,strengthen the analysis and judgment of public opinion information;In terms of capacity,the government should improve the response speed of crisis management,actively seek multi-party cooperation to participate in crisis management,and make full use of media fusion information communication and mutual assistance platform.In terms of talents,accelerate the construction of media professionals;In terms of mechanism,we should establish and improve long-term management mechanism,performance assessment mechanism for coping with public crisis management,and improve relevant laws and regulations system.So as to avoid the development of public opinion to the irrational direction,completely eliminate the unreasonable public opinion environment,relieve the government in the public crisis of social public opinion pressure,effectively improve the government to resolve the crisis information ability and level,reasonably guide the public sentiment,resolve social disputes,and effectively maintain the authority and credibility of the government.
