| At present,food safety plays an important role in the development of national economy and people’s livelihood,the construction of a harmonious society and public health and safety.How to reassure the people’s health,eat,eat the rest assured,has become the party committees and governments at all levels to carry out the important node of the humanist proposition,in order to get the good people on food safety guarantee,puts forward the concept of food safety sampling detection,by sampling in the food safety testing the safety of the food quality more,To better ensure the health of the people.Sampling in food safety detection practice,however,often there will be a test in the process is not in place,the lack of integrity of planning layout,sampling detection capability is relatively backward and food safety risk monitoring system is not perfect,imperfect,lead to the legal system of food safety monitoring sampling is difficult to play a proper role,Therefore,through the use of literature analysis,comparative analysis and empirical research and other ways to study it,so as to define the concept and classification of food safety sampling monitoring,on the basis of the basic situation of food safety sampling monitoring have an overall understanding.On this basis,the author puts forward the overall improvement of the legal system of sampling inspection and monitoring of food safety in China.This paper is studied from the following five parts:The first part is the introduction.Here,the research background,purpose and significance of the legal system of sampling and monitoring of food safety are studied.The second part is the introduction of food safety sampling inspection and monitoring,which mainly analyzes and expounds the concept and classification of food safety sampling inspection and monitoring;The third part is the sampling inspection of food safety supervision,in which the legal standard system of supervision sampling inspection and the problems existing in the implementation are discussed;The fourth part is the sampling inspection of food safety risk monitoring,which will be analyzed from the legal standard system and existing problems of the sampling inspection of risk monitoring.The last part is to improve the legal system of sampling inspection and monitoring of food safety.Firstly,it puts forward the general idea and principle of improving the legal system of sampling inspection and monitoring of food safety,and then puts forward six specific suggestions for modification. |
