With the blossoming of information technology,Internet platform has become a new engine of economic growth.On the one hand,it facilitates social life,On the other hand,due to the rapid accumulation of their market power,large Internet platforms with a dominant market position may abuse their market position to impede competition and harm the interests of users for maintaining or expanding their market power.In recent years,“big data killing”,“choose one from two”,“abuse of data control” and other behaviors carried out by Internet platform giants have been constantly entering the vision of law enforcement and justice,however,traditional identification methods are difficult to be applied in the field of Internet platform,so relevant identification ideas and methods need to be improved.This paper analyzes and explains the relevant content through the following four parts.The first part is the basic theory of abuse of dominant market position by Internet platform.Firstly,this paper introduces the basic concept of The Internet platform,and extends the unique characteristics of the Internet platform that are different from the traditional market.Secondly,the type of relevant market of Internet platform is analyzed.Then,the connotation of dominant market position of Internet platform is expounded.Finally,it explains the connotation of abuse of dominant market position by Internet platforms.The second part is about the identification and analysis of the abuse of dominant market position by Internet platform.Firstly,it analyzes the conditions for simplifying or omitting the relevant market definition process in individual cases and introduces the basic method of defining the relevant market of the Internet platform.Secondly,it introduces the standards followed by the determination of dominant market position.Finally,this paper expounds that the components of abuse of dominant market position.The third part analyzes the difficulties and causes of Internet platform’s abuse of dominant position in the identification process.In the definition of relevant markets,this paper mainly puts forward and analyzes the problems existing in the definition quantity and method of relevant markets.In the determination of market dominance,it mainly analyzes the applicable dilemma of traditional structural analysis elements in the Internet platform;In terms of the determination of abuse of market dominance,the complexity of Internet platform abuse behavior makes it difficult to apply traditional classification standards.The fourth part puts forward corresponding suggestions for the dilemma of identifying the abuse of dominant position on Internet platforms.First of all,improving the definition method of relevant market and applying it in different cases.Secondly,constructing dual accreditation criteria for market dominant position.Then,dealing with the abuse of comparative advantage in different condition.Finally,strengthening the differentiation of specific forms of abuse on Internet platforms.
