Research On The Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Cultivation Of Young Grassroots Cadres In J District Of Yangzhou City

Under the new historical conditions,the effectiveness of cadres’ work is related to the implementation of the Party’s comprehensive leadership,especially in implementing strict governance of the Party.Based on this,in the new era,promoting cadres to achieve "loyalty,purity,and responsibility" is of utmost importance.Among them,young grassroots cadres have characteristics such as strong thirst for knowledge and high plasticity.In the new era,cultivating and utilizing young grassroots cadres is of great significance for fulfilling the responsibilities and missions of the Party in the new era.In order to strengthen the cultivation of young grassroots cadres in the new era,the Party and the state have formulated a series of action plans aimed at enhancing the political determination,ability,and moral character of young grassroots cadres,consolidating the construction of grassroots party organizations,and promoting the modernization of grassroots social management system and management capabilities.Based on this background,this paper takes J District of Yangzhou City as the case study object to study the dilemma and countermeasures of cultivating young cadres at the grass-roots level in J District.The focus was on exploring the current situation of cultivating young cadres at the grassroots level in J district,analyzing its advantages and disadvantages,and issuing corresponding prescriptions based on the actual situation.It is hoped that problems can be identified and upgraded in the existing cultivation methods of young cadres in J district,so as to provide data samples and practical experience references for the work of young cadres in surrounding counties and cities.This study summarizes the current situation of cultivating young cadres at the grassroots level in J district through questionnaire surveys and individual interviews.Based on theoretical analysis,the difficulties and main reasons faced by cultivating young cadres in J district are analyzed,and corresponding rectification measures and suggestions are proposed.The specific measures are as follows:limited channels for promotion,lack of professional talents,insufficient attention from leaders,deviation in cultivation concepts,and solidification of cultivation forms Exploring the limited effectiveness transformation from three aspects,and analyzing the reasons that hinder the vigorous development of the grassroots young cadre team in J district,it is found that the main causes of the difficulties in cultivating grassroots young cadres in J district are:single selection and use channels,one-sided understanding of cultivation concepts,and insufficient teacher resources and innovation.On the basis of drawing on the experience of cultivating cadres both inside and outside the province,remedial measures and suggestions have been proposed to strengthen the cultivation of young cadres at the grassroots level,mainly including expanding the channels for selecting and appointing young cadres,updating the concept of cultivating young cadres at the grassroots level,and enriching the forms of cultivating young cadres at the grassroots level.I hope to explore the optimization of grassroots youth cadre cultivation plans and the implementation of cadre work in other regions based on the actual situation of J district,and provide relevant reference basis.
