Qujing ’’Internet+Housing Provident Fund’’ Service Performance Evaluation Based On CVM Method

With the advent of the Internet information age,both e-commerce and e-government,our work and life have become increasingly closely connected with "Internet plus".Especially since 2020,in the process of combating the Novel Coronavirus,the whole world has witnessed the unique charm and great potential of "Internet plus government services".In recent years,the housing provident fund system has been questioned,but Qujing Housing Provident Fund Management Center took the lead in yunnan Province to build a multi-channel,three-dimensional "Internet + housing provident fund" comprehensive service platform,providing more convenient "Internet +housing provident fund" service for the working masses.In qujing city "Internet + housing accumulation fund" service performance as the research object,combined with "Internet +" e-government service performance at home and abroad experience and research concerning the management of housing accumulation fund,through the business data to describe the present qujing city "Internet + housing accumulation fund" service performance status,and the introduction of CVM questionnaire survey was conducted on the service performance,Based on the results of THE CVM method,the management situation and performance of various services of "Internet + Housing Provident Fund" in Qujing city were evaluated.The research in this paper has the following three conclusions: First,the CVM method is used to build a quantitative evaluation mechanism of service performance,and the cost-benefit method is used to carry out quantitative analysis to transform the highly subjective and unmeasurable service performance into measurable data conclusions;Secondly,studies have shown that qujing city "Internet + housing accumulation fund" in nearly 10 years of performance,while improve the benefit of society as a whole,but it is mainly reflected in the query operations,other business for publicity enough depth,narrow coverage,low customer satisfaction has led to the public to accept degree is not high,will affect its performance,but overall the future period;Third,qujing’s "Internet+ provident fund" needs to deepen provident fund policy reform,standardize regulations and systems,improve provident fund service efficiency,and improve environment.
