| With the extension of average life expectancy,the aging degree of China’s population is aggravated,resulting in the sustainable operation of the pension fund is facing a severe challenge,it is imperative to extend the retirement age.However,the reform of retirement system is bound to meet the resistance from the policy object,so it is necessary to formulate and implement the relevant supporting measures of delayed retirement policy based on the will and appeal of the policy object,and improve the social security service for the policy object.This is not only a necessary move to reduce resistance to reform and smoothly implement the policy of delaying retirement,but also a part of the government’s dedication to serving the people.This paper takes the employees(mental workers)of state-owned enterprises in Kunming city as the research object.Firstly,a structural model of delayed retirement intention is constructed based on the theory of planned behavior.In the model,respondents’ willingness to delay retirement was taken as the dependent variable,and their attitude toward delayed retirement,subjective norms,perceived behavioral control and supporting measures related to delayed retirement policy were taken as independent variables.Secondly,through SPSS and Amos to empirically analyze the situation,correlation and action path of each variable in the model,it is concluded that the employees of state-owned enterprises are not very willing to retire,which is mainly affected by their attitude towards delayed retirement,subjective norms,and perceived behavior.The level of control and the influence of supporting measures,the degree of influence can be expressed by the path coefficient in the structural model,and the order from large to small is: perceived behavioral control(0.324)>attitude toward delayed retirement(0.226)> subjective norm(0.153)> supporting measure(0.136);In addition,based on Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs theory and the factors that affect the willingness of state-owned enterprise employees to delay retirement,from the perspective of social security,specific supporting measures are selected in combination with the actual needs of workers’ lives,and the demand and development status of each supporting measure is analyzed.,according to the above research conclusions,put forward countermeasures and suggestions to realize the willingness of state-owned enterprise employees to delay retirement and protect their rights and interests. |
