| In the context of a constantly changing internal and external environment, the public sector is faced with new opportunities and challenges.Organisational change has become a major concern for public administrations, and it is only through continuous organisational change to adapt to the demands of the market environment that they can gain an edge over the competition in society. However, successful organisational change is not always easy due to the constant resistance to change, and countless public sectors have adopted change but with little success. It is therefore important to explore how to effectively motivate employees in the public sector to respond positively to change and support behaviour. This study adopts an empirical research method to explore the relationship between incentives, proactive personality and employee change support behaviour,to investigate the mechanism of the influence of incentives on employee change support, and then to propose corresponding policy recommendations.Firstly, the theoretical framework of pay incentives, performance incentives and promotion incentives in corporate incentives is established through the literature research method;secondly,a questionnaire that meets the purpose of the research content is designed, and reliability and validity analyses are conducted;thirdly,a model of the relationship between corporate incentives, proactive personality and employees’ change-supportive behaviour is constructed.Based on the questionnaire, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to conduct the analysis. The study found that incentives have a positive influence on both proactive personality and employee change support behaviour, and proactive personality has a positive influence on employee change support behaviour and plays a mediating role between incentives and employee change support behaviour;finally, based on the findings of the study, the relationship between incentives(pay incentives, performance incentives, promotion incentives)and employee change support behaviour is summarised and countermeasures are proposed to improve the relationship between incentives and employee change support behaviour Finally, based on the findings of the study, the relationship between incentives(pay incentives, performance incentives, promotion incentives)and employees’ change-supportive behaviours is summarised, and countermeasures are proposed to improve them. |
