Research On The Construction Of Village Cadres Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

After the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China began to put forward the strategy of rural revitalization,in the process of the new development stage,the work of "three rural areas" also began to be fully deployed,and village cadres,as the "bellwether" of grass-roots economic and social development,are the main force and direct participants in promoting the strategy of rural revitalization,with arduous responsibilities and great significance.Village cadres are the most grass-roots managers in our country,and there are a large number of them,and their ability and quality and ruling level not only affect the image of the party and the government in the hearts of the broad masses.but also have a direct bearing on the success of China’s rural revitalization work.The group of village cadres is elected through the party members and villagers of the whole village,the team situation is complex,the level of ability is different,and there are still many problems that need to be improved and upgraded.With the comprehensive promotion of the rural revitalization strategy,under the influence of this background condition,it is of certain value and significance to strengthen the construction of a strong village cadre team.In the long-term development,Taishan District Q Town attaches special importance to the construction of the village cadre team,in 2021,the village "two committees" change,the promotion is to select the best and strong,increase the training of reserve forces,the town’s cadre team age,gender,education,quality,work ability and other structures continue to optimize,for the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization,to build a rural revitalization demonstration town laid a solid foundation.This paper takes the village cadres of Q Town as the research object,through questionnaires,personal interviews,etc.,combined with the actual situation of the whole town,summarizes and analyzes the current situation of village cadres and the problems existing in the construction of the village cadre team,summarizes the problems in the construction of the village cadre team from the aspects of the unreasonable structure of the village cadres,the quality and ability to be improved,the incentive and guarantee measures need to be strengthened,and the supervision mechanism needs to be further improved,and analyzes the causes of the problems,including the particularity of the identity of the village cadres,and the lack of education and training The criteria for selecting and employing people are not scientific,the supervision mechanism for village cadres is not perfect,and the party committee and government at a higher level do not attach enough importance to it.In this regard,in light of the actual situation of Q Town,we put forward targeted and constructive countermeasures and suggestions from several aspects,such as enhancing the ideological understanding of the construction of the village cadre contingent,the system of selecting and appointing talents and appointing people in the structure,establishing an efficient education and training system,improving the welfare benefits of village cadres,cultivating and reserving outstanding rural reserve cadres,and perfecting and perfecting the supervision and management mechanism,so that the village cadre contingent in Q Town can effectively promote rural revitalization.After conducting this study,it is expected that it can provide some favorable references for the construction of grass-roots village cadres,and provide reference experience for the development of relevant research work.
