Nowadays,China propose to a new social governance pattern based on collaboration and broad participation,with the goal of benefiting all.The new social governance pattern provides a legitimacy guarantee for the media and the public to participate in social governance activities.In the past social governance pattern,the government played the role of leader,decision maker and implementer.In the new social governance pattern,the idea of Governance has changed from "working behind the closed doors" to "open doors to working together with the people",which provides a basis for public participation in social governance.The advantage of mobile internet technology makes it possible for the people participate in social discussions and stating views on public issues,even more making policy decisions.At present,the typical way to show public issues on behalf of the media is the media politics topic.Affected by the media communication,the media politics topic is fully discussed,negotiated and communicated among the subjects of social governance,which has a broad consensus on public opinions.For the public administration,the research on social and public issues has always been the focus.Media politics topic opens a discourse field of public and social supervision,which is in essence a form of public participation in social governance.This paper takes "The politics of S province" as an example to analyze the logic of the selection of the media politics topic.In recent years,"The politics of S province" is an excellent and typical representative of domestic media politics.This paper write "The politics of S province " as a typical case of media politics,through the analysis of the content and topics of 105 politics programs.This paper combs the development,transformation and effect of politics topics,and makes a study on the logic of the evolution of politics topics from MSA’view.Through the research,it can be concluded that the politics topics are produced in the multi-party game and consultation.Politics topics pay more attention to the government’s important strategies and hot topics on people’s livelihood,and are also influenced by the opinions of major government leaders,government departments leaders,media practitioners and the public.In the process of research,this paper uses the theory of MSA and analysis framework,explain the influence of politics topics selection.This paper combs the development,transformation and effect of politics topics,and makes a study on the logic of the evolution of politics topics from MSA’view.This paper summarizes the difficulties existing in the selection of the current political inquiry topics,and analyze the reasons affecting the quality of media political issues.This paper puts forward targeted improvement measures from the aspects of public,government,media and political inquiry mechanism.These measures promote media politics to be more beneficial to benign social governance.
