Research On The Practical Path And Basic Experience Of Promoting Common Prosperity In The New Era

Since the 18th NATIONAL Congress of the CPC,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has been engaged in numerous theoretical and practical discussions on promoting common prosperity while taking development as the foundation and people’s livelihood as the central task in advancing the great new journey of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics,and mapped out key paths for achieving common prosperity.The fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)also set the "solid promotion of common prosperity" as the long-term goal of the latest five-year plan,and became a new document expression to promote the construction of people’s livelihood and promote common prosperity in the new era.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to review a series of practical exploration activities of our Party to promote the realization of common prosperity for all the people in the new era,and to analyze and sort out beneficial experience on this basis.Based on such problem awareness,this paper is carried out according to the logical thinking of "theoretical basis explorationhistorical common prosperity in the new era is supported by profound theoretical implications and practical experience:At the theoretical level,Marxism emphasizes that common prosperity is an important condition for the realization of free labor and all-round development of people,which lays the theory of common prosperity on the foundation of materialism.On the basis of combining the reality of China’s development and the characteristics of The Times,Chinese Communists have carried out continuous exploration and research on the theory of common prosperity,deepening the specific connotation of this proposition.The "people-oriented" thought of enriching the people and the interpretation of the concept of "well-off" contained in ancient Chinese excellent traditional culture have provided rich ideological resources for promoting the practice of common prosperity in the new era.In practice,common prosperity has always been the goal of our party.During the difficult construction period,MAO Zedong led China,which was "impoverished and white",to embark on a correct path of promoting the development of national industrialization through socialist reform.However,the practice and exploration of common prosperity with high public ownership as the main feature in the later period inevitably brought lessons and reflections to the development of national economy.In the 1970s and 1980s,Deng Xiaoping,the "architect",pointed out clearly that "poverty is not socialism" and put forward a development path of"leading the rich first and then achieving common prosperity" in practice.In the implementation of specific policies,it mainly contains two dimensions:one is to carry out rural household contract reform as the focus,and urban economic and political system reform into the development track,gradually spread out.Second,we will promote the opening up of the coastal areas to the inland areas,and build an economic structure in which the eastern region leads the development of the central and western regions.Later,communists represented by comrade Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao on the way to realize common prosperity in the map,put forward the building of the socialist market economic system,promoting to narrow the gap in development among regions and improve the system of social security system construction,and other important measures of the people’s livelihood,to in seeks happiness for the people,to organize the implementation of the largest scale in human history,the strength of the strongest out of poverty to be completed,and focus on building the universal,urban and rural areas as a whole,appropriate protection and the sustainable development of the social security system,push forward the five one balanced development important foundation of the people’s livelihood such as demand for power.Remarkable progress has been made in joint contribution and shared benefits,the people’s sense of fulfillment and happiness is growing,and the scientific connotation of common prosperity is becoming richer in the new era.In order to further promote the realization of common prosperity for all the people,the CPC Central Committee takes a far-sighted view and takes "building high-quality common prosperity demonstration area" as the breakthrough point to promote the initial experiment of common prosperity practice in Zhejiang province.In terms of practical exploration,the establishment of an innovation-driven development model,the maintenance of economic growth within a reasonable range,and the simultaneous growth of personal income and economic growth have become key links to be paid attention to in promoting common prosperity through high-quality development.The important problems to be solved in Zhejiang province are to construct the system arrangement of coordinating the first,second and third distribution,to smooth the flow of class and to promote the unity of efficiency and fairness.It is particularly important to sum up the valuable experience of the CPC Central Committee in exploring the road of common prosperity in the new era to promote the highquality development of people’s livelihood,economy and society.Giving full play to the guiding role of the Party in raising the flag and adhering to the people first is the fundamental principle to ensure the implementation of all policies for common prosperity.The fundamental way to achieve common prosperity is to follow the law of phased development and pay attention to scientific planning and overall promotion.Taking high quality development as the center,doing system first and pilot first is an important basis for carrying out common prosperity practice in the next stage.It is an effective measure to improve people’s
