The Exploration And Basic Experience Research Of The Communist Party Of China’s Common Prosperity Since The Reform And Opening Up

Common prosperity is the unswerving goal of Chinese Communists.Since reform and opening up,Chinese Communists have,on the basis of the experience and lessons of our predecessors and in light of the characteristics of The Times and the realities of social development,constantly enriched and improved the thought and practical connotation of common prosperity,thus opening up a new path for achieving common prosperity for all the people.This paper analyzes the CPC’s exploration of common prosperity since the reform and opening up,divides it into two parts to explain the ideological evolution and practical exploration,and on this basis summarizes the basic experience of promoting common prosperity in the new era.The evolution and practical exploration of the thought of common prosperity of the Communist Party of China since the reform and opening up are supported by profound theoretical origin and practical experience.In terms of theoretical origin,Marx and Engels emphasized that highly developed productive forces and public ownership of the means of production are the key factors to achieve common prosperity,and achieving prosperity of all members of society in the future is its value objective.Lenin Stalin pointed out that vigorously developing productive forces,implementing planned economy and distribution according to work are the necessary actions to promote common prosperity.Only by giving full play to the subjective initiative of the people can we inject a steady stream of vitality into common prosperity,and then realize that all the people share the fruits.The ideas of "Great harmony" and "well-off society" contained in the excellent traditional Chinese culture,the idea of "equal wealth" of the small peasant class and the idea of"enriching the people and strengthening the state" of the ruling class have provided rich ideological resources for promoting common prosperity in the new era.In the evolution of the thought of common prosperity of the Communist Party of China since the reform and opening up,Chinese Communists have innovated the thought of common prosperity under the guidance of the theory of "the first rich drives the second rich",improved the thought of common prosperity in the grasp of the relationship between"efficiency and fairness",and deepened the thought of common prosperity in the solid promotion of common prosperity of all the people.In this process,the connotation of common prosperity has been continuously expanded.Its strategic position has also become more prominent,becoming one of the important goals of building a modern socialist country in the new era.In the CPC’s practice and exploration of common prosperity since the reform and opening up,common prosperity has always been the unswerving goal of the CPC.Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee,the Chinese Communists,represented by Deng Xiaoping,have continued to enrich the practice of common prosperity by,firstly,promoting the system of responsibility for the joint production of families and incorporating the reform of the urban economic system into the development track,and,secondly,promoting the formation of an open pattern of expansion from the coast to the inland and gradually realising the strategic concept of "two major situations".The second is to promote the formation of an open pattern from the coast to the interior,and gradually realise the strategic vision of "two big picture".Later,the Chinese Communists,represented by Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao,took up the baton on the road to common prosperity,implementing such great initiatives as the Western Development Strategy and the construction of a new socialist countryside.In the new era,the Party Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core,has focused on the happiness of the people,deployed and implemented the war on poverty eradication,promoted urban and rural development with new urbanisation,further narrowed the gap between urban and rural development,and farsightedly implemented the project of "building a model area for common prosperity",taking Zhejiang as a model province to start a common prosperity The project has laid a solid foundation for the exploration of common prosperity in the region.To sum up the basic experience of promoting common prosperity since reform and opening up is of great significance to promoting common prosperity in the next stage.Upholding the overall leadership of the Communist Party of China over the cause of common prosperity is the political guarantee for the implementation of various policies and measures to ensure common prosperity;upholding the people-centered promotion of common prosperity is the value guidance for common prosperity;upholding and improving the economic institutional foundation for common prosperity is the institutional guarantee for achieving common prosperity.Promoting common prosperity through development is the basis support for achieving common prosperity.
