The Design And Implementation Of Affairs Management And Collaboration System For Judge Users

With the development of the information period,modern technology and court work have been deeply integrated.Information technology has become an important means of modern management,realizing the modernization and intelligentization of the trial system and trial capacity of the people’s courts,promoting the further construction of smart courts.In recent years,courts have continuously improved the service,trial,management,execution and other process,which have formed an efficient application pattern.It is investigated that the daily work of judges has some complex and small work in addition to the core work related to the trial of the case.The transaction management and collaboration system for judge users described in this project is specially designed for judges,aiming to promote the efficiency of judges and take work and life into account,which becomes informative,convenient and effective.The Tianjin High People’s Court requires an application for judge users according to their own customizations,which can be made for them to complete the case(view,assign,process,statistics,and collaborate).It can also record and plan large or small affairs into their life and work.That they can achieve many goals in the least amount of time and get rid of tedious to do items.It can also be recorded in the system and planned in an orderly manner whether it is a work plan,memo reminders,or case handling.Regular reminders let the judges who are busy in complicated cases no longer worry about forgetting.That you can visually check the monthly,weekly,daily schedules,and collaborate with team members to complete case projects,so that each process of case handling and each person in charge can see at every glance,and each link is simple and fast.This thesis focuses on the design and implementation of affairs management and collaboration system for judge users,and mainly carries out the following work.First of all,according to the needs of the investigation and analysis of the project’s research status,we explain the technical framework included Web Scoket,Electron,Node JS,Vue,Spring Boot,Mybatis etc.Then based on the results of the requirements analysis,we outline the entire software included system frame design,database design,page UI design,etc.,and design the functional module in detail.we also implement the project functions in code.The main functional modules of this software include transaction management,case management,calendar event management,processing center,information consultation,task statistics,and personality settings,etc.Finally,configure and package the program into a product,perform function tests and performance tests,and write a user manual.At present,the second version of this system has been put into test in Tianjin Hedong Court.The feedback of test is good,which greatly improves the efficiency of the judge.
