The Design And Implementation Of Comprehensive Evaluation System For Judges

With the rapid development of information technology,the informatization of courts has achieved great results.In order to further promote the construction of a "smart court" and advocate paperless office,we need to use information technology to implement a comprehensive evaluation system for judges,so as to make judges’ quality assessment and democratic evaluation more systematic and transparent.Based on the actual needs of judges ’assessment and evaluation,this thesis aims to scientifically,confidentially and fairly conduct judges’ democratic assessment,accurately and quickly conduct quality assessment,and conveniently collect opinions,and design a complete set of comprehensive evaluation system for judges.This system adds a lot of convenience to the daily assessment and evaluation of judges with perfect evaluation process functions,flexible and expanded evaluation templates and visualized evaluation result display,avoiding wasting of human resources when distributing evaluation forms,collecting and counting the filling content during traditional paper evaluation.In terms of technology selection,the system uses the popular Spring Boot framework to build the background,,and uses the Vue.js framework to build front end pages to achieve front end and back end separation,reduce coupling and Reduce server pressure.And use Spring Cloud to micro-service the system to improve system availability and maintainability.At the same time,Redis cache is used to improve system response speed and reduce database pressure on the server side.In terms of content structure,this thesis first introduces the project background and main research work of the comprehensive evaluation system for judges,and briefly introduces the technology used in the project.After that,a detailed needs analysis of the system was conducted,and the system was divided into six main modules: authority control management,democratic evaluation management,quality assessment management,opinion solicitation management,and comprehensive information management,followed by detailed system design,system implementation and system testing.Finally,this thesis makes a summary and outlook.
