| With the gradual advancement of the construction of smart courts and the rapid development of modern information technology,various judicial enforcement business systems of the courts have blossomed,greatly improving the work efficiency of the courts and reducing the pressure on judges in handling cases.However,in the process of digitizing and paperless trial work,the problem of weak traditional manual management of paper dossiers has also become an urgent problem that needs to be solved.The intelligent management system of paper dossier based on the Internet of Things has emerged in this context.This article mainly discusses the system architecture design,system function design,and system function realization.For the system architecture,this article uses Spring Boot with MVC three-tier architecture to build the project’s PC-side back-end management system,uses My Batis to implement the data persistence layer,uses My SQL and Redis for data storage and caching,and relies on the We Chat public platform to build the project Mobile phone server.For system functions,this article mainly divides the system into functional modules according to system requirements: personnel management,case inquiry,file storage,file borrowing,file addition,file return,file filing and other functional modules.In the personnel management module,the PBKDF2 algorithm is used to encrypt and store user passwords to ensure the security of user information;in the case query module,the problem of low matching degree of fuzzy queries in the database is solved through the text similarity algorithm based on edit distance in the case query module.Quick retrieval of case files;in the file return module,the Quartz framework is used to schedule tasks such as notification of file return.By building an intelligent management system for paper dossiers,the paper dossier materials can be intelligently and centrally managed before the case is closed and archived,and the circulation process of the paper dossiers can be effectively tracked to realize the safe storage of the dossiers.Therefore,the research has very important practical significance. |
