Social Organizations’ Strategy Of Action And Its Influencing Factors

A new trend has emerged in the research field of political sociology,which is to include different participants in the practice of social life into the country or the social field,and give them the ability to think independently and be able to act according to different rules or logics.The role identity of the subject of decision-making,which facilitates a dynamic and overall grasp of specific events in reality,and makes a more convincing explanation of the interaction and relationship between the state and society.Among them,social organization,as the most important subject of the modern governance system,is a topic that cannot be circumvented in the exploration of the"social" field.Based on the above research background,this article attempts to use case descriptions to clarify how to examine the strategic choices in the interaction between social organizations and the state society from the perspective of actors based on the theoretical basis of the interaction between the state and society.The actor’s perspective regards the country’s administrative departments and social organizations as actors,and discusses the appropriate strategies adopted by social organizations in the pre-assigned game relationship.This research perspective can effectively explain the complexity between state actors and social organizations Diverse,flexible and changeable interaction modes and relationship types.Based on the perspective of actors,this article attempts to analyze and grasp the paths and strategies of the integration,cooperation,and even conflict between the state and society in the interaction process at the micro level,emphasizing the strategies of social organizations for survival and development under the paradigm of state and society interaction.This article takes the choice of social organization’s national-society interaction strategy as the dependent variable,while the independent variables are examined from the geographical location of the social organization,the nature of the social organization,the source of funding of the social organization,and the interaction between the social organization and other social actors.Six aspects of the strategy selection tendency,the level of state actors,and the attitudes of the state actors are investigated.Through the interpretation of descriptive statistics and content analysis,the following findings are drawn:coastal geographic location,government-run organizational attributes,government funding support,social networks supported by other social partners,interaction sequence for subsequent actions,central government Hierarchical state interactors and soft state actor attitudes will make social organizations more inclined to adopt soft action strategies for state-society interaction.The research results of this article show that there is no single element in the strategic choice of social organizations in the interaction of the state society.This strategic choice is the result of multiple factors.Combining the description and connection of typical cases and deviating cases,and analyzing the strategic behavior and choice preferences of social organizations in the interaction between the state and society,this article aims to explore a new perspective of understanding the interaction behavior of the state and social organizations.Starting from the action strategy,logic,and mechanism of the actor,it is a new attempt to explore what mechanism exists between the state and the social organization’s interactive behavior.
