Study On The Influence Of Venture Philanthropy On The Professional Development Of Social Organization In The Perspective Of Governance

With the fast development of social organizations,venture philanthropy has transferred its focus on the development of amount to quality.Social organizations have to develop their professional level if they want to participate in social governance through venture philanthropy.However,lack of professionalism is the most common issue during the project review.First,the paper introduce the basic situation of venture philanthropy,including the historical development,primary participants and the process system.Then it comes to the interactive process between he government and social organizations,this part mainly analyzes the logic of action and the strategy.Finally,the paper focuses on the professionalization of social organizations,how did the professionalization of social organizations formed and developed.The research find that the primary participants have dynamic logic of action and strategy in different stages,and each stage has a different focus.While the professionalization of social organizations is under the influence of both the government and social organizations themselves.The two sides in the process of constant interaction has experienced the contradiction,the run-in period and eventually reached a consensus on social organization professional development,and professionalism of social organization also experienced a process from low to high.Finally,this paper describes the influence of venture philanthropy to professionalism of social organization from two aspects of long-term cooperation and short-term cooperation,and puts forward some thinking about the reality of venture philanthropy.In long-term cooperative relations,venture philanthropy promotes the development of social organization of the industry,being an independent industry is also one of the embodiment of professionalization.In the short term cooperation as well as a project cycle,it’s mainly competition,review of assessment and the service object as well as the recognition that promote the professionalization.Meanwhile,professionalism of social organization also promote the improvement of the system of venture philanthropy,both are mutually promoting,has risen in a spiral.
