Teenagers are the hope and future of the country,and the problem of juvenile delinquency has increasingly attracted the attention of the society.For a long time,our country attaches great importance to juvenile delinquency.It not only formulates,promulgates and implements many laws,regulations and policies from the aspects of legislation,law enforcement and justice,but also adopts a comprehensive management method to effectively control the rapid growth of juvenile delinquency.On the whole,the number of juvenile delinquency is still increasing year by year.In particular,the rapid growth of juvenile delinquency in rural areas must arouse the attention of all of us.Rural adolescents are the main force of new farmers in the future,they will play an irreplaceable role in the construction of new countryside;rural adolescents are a powerful force in rural economic and social development,only they can assume the responsibility of building a modern,prosperous and civilized new countryside.How to effectively curb,prevent and reduce juvenile delinquency,especially in rural areas,rural cultural opium poppy,rural social environment factors,rural school education factorshas become an arduous and important task for all functional departments of society,as well as an important issue of maintaining social stability and creating a good environment for economic,political and cultural aspects.In order to care for the physical and mental development of rural teenagers,ensure their physical and mental safety and health,and reduce the crime rate of rural teenagers,this paper tries to make a preliminary discussion on the causes and Countermeasures of rural teenagers’crime in Heyuan City.By using the theory of comprehensive management of juvenile delinquency in rural areas and the theory of Sociology of crime in rural areas,this paper clarifies the concept of juvenile delinquency in rural areas,rural cultural opium poppy,rural social environment factors,rural school education factorsenumerates the current situation of juvenile delinquency in rural areas of Heyuan City in recent years through the methods of literature analysis,field investigation and statistical analysis,and studies the development trend of juvenile delinquency in rural areas of Heyuan City,in order to find out the present situation The causes of formation,put forward Heyuan Rural Juvenile Delinquency Control countermeasures.Through the research,it is concluded that the rural juvenile delinquency in Heyuan City is characterized by diversification of types,organization structure,integration,centralization,incidental occurrence and retaliation,and gradually develops towards the direction of younger age of perpetrators,concealment of means,profit-making of purposes and regional expansion.The main reasons for the current situation of rural juvenile delinquency in Heyuan City include political factors of the government and rural areas.The factors of legal system construction,rural economic factors,rural cultural opium poppy,rural social environment factors,rural school education factors,rural family education factors,rural adolescents’personal factors,etc.,put forward the need for comprehensive governance from political,economic,cultural,legal and other aspects,and build a government-led,all parties involved in the prevention and control system of juvenile delinquency in rural areas.
