| With the continuous advancement of science and technology and economic strength,the society has entered the information age.As the country’s important leading department,the government is facing an irresistible trend of development.With the development of e-government,the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology attaches great importance to the cultivation of strategic emerging industries and the transformation of economic development methods,which brings a rare opportunity for the next step in the development of mobile e-government.Mobile e-government is a government activity based on a mobile communication network through smart terminals such as mobile phones,computers,tablet computers,and wireless communication modules.It is the subject matter of current mobile information applications,and it is also the most dynamic,fastest-growing and most effective one in mobile information applications.Mobile e-government will become one of the leading industries that will change the mode of economic development in China.This paper makes a detailed study and description of the design and implementation of the e-government system.The study found that at present,the e-government systems of different provinces,cities and different departments of the Chinese government are developed independently based on their own special circumstances.Each system is poorly correlated and has a severe shortage of load.When a large number of users visit a site at the same time or need to integrate data from different departments,the system cannot meet the operational requirements.It is easy for the database to be unequal or even crashed.In addition,with the advent of the information age,the data volume and file data volume of each department’s work has risen steadily,and local-based server storage space is often insufficient.To solve the above problems,this paper designs a cloud-based mobile e-government system.The ultimate goal of e-government is to achieve e-government,as is mobile e-government.In order to achieve true mobile e-government,all aspects of mobile e-government must be designed and constructed.Therefore,we must first establish a relatively complete model for the e-government system,so as to provide a certain basis for the development of the entire system.Based on the analysis of the existing e-government model,the author designed a cloud-based e-government platform model suitable for China’s national conditions,and detailedly designed the modules and functions of the e-government system model.In addition,the author also studied the uniformity and synchronization of e-government data between different departments and different provinces.The e-government system designed in this paper will implement the three-tier architecture of the client,cloud application and cloud platform,and use the mobile b/s architecture to provide client-based display for the terminal.Using the http interface protocol and server,users can provide information browsing,service request,and basic information management functions.Terminal data is synchronized on the cloud platform.This article was developed using Microsoft’s Windows Azure cloud platform.The cloud application development mainly adopts B / S mode,adopts ASP.NET technology,and combines the j Query technology and AJAX technology to develop a cloud application with multiple functions.In the process,we use Windows Azure’s Web services and other services.After testing,the system has basically realized the functions of e-government,optimized the resource allocation based on cloud computing,and improved the effectiveness and practicability of the system. |
