Design And Implementation Of Application System For Mobile Police Service Platform

Mobile Police refers that in the premise of ensuring data security,polices use mobile phones,tablets and other mobile handheld terminal equipment to develop information query,data entry,business processing,convenience services and other police activities through mobile,telecommunications and Unicom wireless network.The purpose of Mobile Police is to realize the wireless communication,interaction,connection and transmission of the comprehensive business information of public security,to verify and upload the police information through the mobile terminal in the front line of law enforcement.This paper analyzes the practical application requirements of the external law enforcement process,puts forward the construction direction of the mobile police platform,designs the system architecture and specifications,and implements the system based on the open mobile development framework.The main tasks are:1.Described the system objectives,system functional requirements,non-functional requirements,established the requirement model using the UML use case diagram and use case text,and presented software domain model and total business process;2.Conducted the overall system design,established overall platform architecture,security architecture and network topology,designed system interface specification,system development specification,development process reengineering and application access process,and presented the domain map,total timing map model and database E-R diagram;3.Designed class diagram and timing diagram of key modules.Implemented the mobile police management center,mobile police portal,user personal center and client,general mobile police application and other systems,providing equipment /user / application management,log audit,report statistics,police communications,personnel verification,information query and collection and other business functions;4.Realized the security access management of mobile policing,and provides security management functions such as short message security access,IP security access,authentication management,video security access,security authentication management,monitoring cascade and monitoring probe.The system test and on-line operation show that the mobile police platform meets the business and security requirements of the mobile police system,and provides strong hardware support and technical support for the actual combat,law enforcement specialization and team regularization of the police.
