| With the global application and popularization of 4G,we have entered the era of mobile internet.People can use the mobile phones to enjoy the network services,which can be used only in the computers originally.As people gradually deepen the understanding of the network,network provides more and more services and helps.With the vigorous implementation of the Golden Shield project construction and other police training and technology strategy,mobile police information system has formed a relatively complete system after years of construction.But there are some limitations of traditional mobile police system,such as: The operating system is relatively closed and it’s unable to meet the needs of the current business development;In 2G/3G network environment,the network data traffic can not support a large number of business data exchange;The construction mode hinders the development of business systems;The original security mechanism can not support some of the business and features.With the development and improvement of new technology,the problems above are gradually resolved.A variety of functions,which the traditional mobile police system is unable to have,come into reality now.The mobile police system will become more powerful.On this base,this paper,takes advantage of high-speed of the 4G wireless communication network and uses the system framework design with five parts: police information private network,security isolation layer,mobile access zone,the mobile communication network and mobile terminals,then develops a new mobile police system.The system uses APN technology to construct the mobile access private network of the mobile police system on TD-LTE mobile communication network.It uses GAP,PKI/PMI and other technologies to protect the security of the entire system and solve the problem of the user authentication login and the user’s role and authority management.It achieves the security communication and docking between the mobile police terminal and the police information network.It allows officers to access the data in the police information network by any way,whenever and wherever.This system makes the information query,data collection,upload,field law enforcement investigators and other functions work.This system takes the advantages of high-speed of the 4G wireless communication network for the rapid transmission of images and videos.It helps the front-line police fast real-time obtain scene evidence.At the same time,the advantages of 4G network in speed and bandwidth also made a lot of functions realized,such as video surveillance camera and look back,GPS location service,and linkage with large information system etc.In addition,in order to achieve unified registration,unified identity authentication and authorization management of mobile police system,we implemented an application management platform system to unified manage all other mobile applications,in addition to the general module.After experimental testing and verification,the mobile police system proposed in this paper has been successfully implemented and achieved the desired goal.The development of this system reflects the trend of the mobile internet,takes the advantages of the latest 4G technology,improves the efficiency and management level of the police officers,and makes the police services process safer,more efficient and more convenient. |
