| 19th CPC National Congress’s report pointed out that it is our party’s solemn commitment to let the poor and poor areas join the whole country in an all-round well-off society.The problem of poverty is a short board to achieve a comprehensive well-off society,and we must resolutely win the fight against poverty.According to the research,among the many poverty types,the problem of education poverty is the most prominent,which is more serious than the quality of life poverty and income poverty,and that is the main factor leading to poverty.To help the poor,we should pay attention to the combination of the support of wisdom and the spirit,raising farmers’awareness of poverty alleviation and working ability so that they can get rid of poverty on the basis of endogenous power and development ability.The key lies in the development of education.Poverty alleviation of education in agricultural and forestry colleges not only has a resource advantage that other colleges do not have,but also is theirresponsibility.By giving full play to the ideological and cultural posit ion of agricultural and forestry universities and the superiority of scientifi c and technological talent resources,the peasants’ awareness of poverty re lief and their ability to work are improved,so that peasants can get rid of poverty by relying on ideological power and development ability.At present,the education and poverty alleviation system in agriculture and forestry schools is incomplete,and its advantages are not obvious,which has a certain connection with the imperfection of the mechanism.Therefore,it has become an urgent problem to establish and perfect the mechanism which can promote the agricultural and forestry colleges to achieve the advantage of poverty alleviation.Based on the Marxist Peasant Education Theory and Xi Jinping’s Thought on poverty alleviation,to provide effective guidance for agricultural and forestry colleges to help the poor,and to investigate and analyze China Agricultural University,Huazhong Agricultural University,Anhui Agricultural University,Yunnan Agricultural University,Sichuan Agricultural University,and Fujian Agricultural University.The Forestry University passed field surveys and literature analysis.This paper studies the mechanism of poverty alleviation in agricultural and forestry colleges.It expounds the viewpoints from six parts:In the first part,the author briefly introduces the background,theoretical and practical significance of the research on the mechanism of poverty alleviation in agricultural and forestry colleges,Summarized the research status and existing problems at home and abroad,and pointed out the innovations and deficiencies of the research.The second part is about the definition of relevant concepts,which mainly expounds the connotation of education poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation mechanism,and finally points out the theoretical basis of the research.The third part discusses the demands of the times to strengthen the education and poverty alleviation of agricultural and forestry colleges.It mainly explains from three aspects:Poverty alleviation through education is the main method to stimulate farmers’ ideological motivation;poverty alleviation through education is an important starting point for improving farmers’ knowledge and skills;education poverty alleviation is the basic way to block the transmission of poverty;the education poverty alleviation of agricultural and forestry colleges is an effective measure to serve the society.And then it highlights the need to strengthen education and poverty alleviation in agricultural and forestry colleges.The fourth part clarifies the advantages of agricultural and forestry colleges for poverty alleviation,which mainly from the following three aspects:the cultural background meets the needs about the education of the poor peasants,the cultivation of talents meets the needs about the main body of the poor rural construction,and the utilization of resources makes up for the lack of the productive factors in the poor rural areas.It is obvious that the agricultural and forestry colleges are better suited to the farmers in the field of education and poverty alleviation.The fifth part analyzes the status quo of education and poverty alleviation in agriculture and forestry colleges.First,according to the typical survey of several agricultural and forestry colleges,it summarizes the results of education poverty alleviation in agricultural and forestry colleges.Secondly,it further analyzes the mechanism dilemma that affects the realization about the advantage of education poverty alleviation in agricultural and forestry colleges.The sixth part analyzes the realization mechanism of the advantage about education poverty alleviation in agricultural and forestry colleges,including long-term mechanism of the ideological culture education,mechanism of agricultural technology training,Agricultural science and technology achievements transformation mechanism,university resources integration mechanism,social service mechanism.The seventh part is the conclusion and suggestion,it also prospect the research work of this thesis. |
