A Study On The Social And Cultural Changes Of The Matriarchal Society Of Donghai Jurchen In The Manchu Legen

As a specific national oral literature,the Manchu story series of Nuzhen in the East China Sea is a precious text of the social and cultural memory of matrilineal clans in Northeast China.This study takes this series of texts as the research object and from the perspective of the construction of social and cultural changes to study the reasons for the structural changes of gender society and its impact on social development.This series of stories show the changing factors from matrilineal society to patrilineal society through gender contradictions and wars,which is helpful for us to make a comparative study and in-depth understanding of the worldwide feminist movement and "the rise of women".Through the interpretation of the series of stories about Nuzhen in the East China Sea,we find that the formation of the material culture and spiritual culture of the Nuzhen society in the East China Sea is mostly based on the "partnership" produced by maintaining the limited productive forces of the clan society."Partnership" determines the basic social structure and cultural characteristics centered on "mother".In the development of matrilineal society,there is a trend that private ownership takes the place of public ownership,which makes the operation logic of matrilineal society difficult to sustain,while the influence of the "ruling relationship" contained in the external patrilineal society culture on the Nuzhen society in the East China Sea accelerates the collapse of the "partnership" contained in matrilineal society.
