Abstract/Summary:
The issue of justice is an important theoretical and practical issue of general concern in modern society. Therefore,it is undoubtedly a necessary and essential perspective to further explore Marx’s concept of justice and promote the development of social justice in China,in order to realize the Chinese dream of great rejuvenation in China. In the report of the 20 th Party Congress, the word "justice" appears eight times, which shows that the issue of justice is quite important. This paper examines the evolution of Marx’s concept of justice and its basic meaning, and explores its value in the new era.The main part of this article is divided into five levels. In the first part,Introduction. The author compares the research background, research significance and current state of inquiry in China and abroad, identifies the research ideas and research methods of the paper, and identifies the relevant concepts of the paper. In the second part,an overview of the development of the concept of justice in Marx’s period is firstly presented, based on which the background of the era in which Marx’s concept of justice arose and its theoretical origins are summarized and discussed. This part analyzes and studies the ideas of justice in ancient Greek philosophy, classical German philosophy, classical British political economy and ideal socialism, and then sorts them out historically to explore the theoretical origins of Marx’s concept of justice. In the third part,Marx’s text is interpreted and analyzed in a longitudinal temporal context, and explains the logic of the generation and evolution of Marx’s view of justice:from the initial inheritance of the traditional view of justice,Marx faced the distress of material interests in real life, then re-examined the traditional view of justice, reflected and criticized it,and then formed the whole historical process of Marx’s view of justice in the field of historical materialism.Based on the materialistic view of history,Marx firmly established the connotative features and ultimate purpose of the idea of justice. This part gives a macroscopic grasp of Marx’s view of justice in order to prepare the ground for the following interpretation of the main contents of Marx’s view of justice. In the fourth part, the main contents of Marx’s concept of justice are summarized in a horizontal and comprehensive perspective. This part mainly studies the ideological content of Marx’s concept of justice, covering five levels, namely political justice, economic justice, cultural justice, ecological justice and social justice;it analyzes the basic features of Marx’s concept of justice and its process and conditions for achieving justice. In the fifth part, the author proposes that the concept of social justice in China in the new era should take Marx’s concept of justice as the starting point, and that Marx’s concept of justice has important positive significance and guiding value for the construction of harmony in today’s society and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. In general, this paper tries to dig deeper into Marx’s classic works, analyze Marx’s theoretical views on the issue of justice, and summarize them in an attempt to summarize and form a more complete Marxian view of justice.
