Research Of Discourse Marker Of "Qiao Ni Shuo De"

Based on natural conversational spoken corpora and novel conversations with strong colloquial colors,using theories such as conversation analysis,subjectivity and interactive subjectivity,and grammaticalization theory,the regional discourse mark of "Qiao ni shuo de" is described and analyzed.Firstly,according to the research results of predecessors,"Qiao ni shuo de" is defined as a discourse marker from four aspects:phonetics,semantics,syntax and context,and the location distribution characteristics of this discourse marker are comprehensively investigated and counted based on discourse analysis theory.Secondly,the discourse organization function of this discourse marker is described in detail,and its interpersonal function is summarized based on the different tendencies of the discourse marker in social distribution.Thirdly,the source,evolution process and formation path of this discourse marker are explored over time.Finally,a detailed comparative study of the relevant variants of this discourse marker is carried out.The full text is mainly divided into six parts:The first chapter is an introduction,explaining the reasons for the selection of topics,research significance,research theories and literature reviews,and explaining the sources of the corpus.The most important of these is to sort out and review the current research on the discourse marker of "Qiao ni shuo de",find the value and significance of the research object on the basis of learning the research results of the previous sages.The second chapter determines whether or not "Qiao ni shuo de" can sever as discourse mark,and briefly describes and introduces its position distribution and basic semantic characteristics when it is used as a discourse marker.First,the uesge of the linguistic component of "Qiao ni shuo de" is comprehensively described,and it is considered that it contains two properties,one is a predicate phrase and the other is a discourse marker,the use of discourse marker is more prevalent.Finally,through the observation of the corpus,the position distribution characteristics and basic semantic characteristics of "Qiao ni shuo de" as discourse markers are comprehensively described.The third chapter analyzes the pragmatic function of the discourse marker " Qiao ni shuo de." At the level of discourse organization,"Qiao ni shuo de" has the functions of constructing conversational turn,organizing topic and regulating discourse.Before analyzing its interpersonal functions,we also conducte a statistical analysis of its social distribution tendency from four aspects: gender,age,solidarity relation,and power relation.Based on the statistical results and actual use in the session,we findnthe four interpersonal functions of "Qiao ni shuo de" : weaken differences,adjuste distance,subjective evaluation and perfunctory response.The fourth chapter examines the evolutionary path and formation mechanism of "Qiao ni shuo de".The evolution path of discourse marker "Qiao ni shuo de" can be divided into two steps: one is the weakening of "Qiao(瞧)/kan(看)",and the other is the tokenization of " Qiao(瞧)/kan(看)ni shuo de ",and in this evolution,it is driven by syntactic,semantic,pragmatic and cognitive mechanisms.The fifth chapter distinguishes the discourse marker"Qiao ni shuo de"from the discourse marker"(ni)qiao(瞧)/kan ni(看你)"and the"Qiao(瞧)/kan(看)+NP+X"construction,compares the differences between them,such as the negative range,negative focus and degree of weakening,and discusses the use of the"Qiao(瞧)/kan(看)+NP+X"construction in detail,so as to provide a basis for mining the uniqueness and research value of the discourse marker"Qiao ni shuo de".The sixth chapter is the epilogue,summarizing the position distribution,semantic characteristics and pragmatic functions of "Qiao ni shuo de",and finds that this discourse marker mostly appears at the beginning of the conversational turn,with the semantic characteristics of "indicating a turn","subjective evaluation" and "negative expression",has rich and diverse pragmatic functions,such as weakening differences,adjusting distance,etc.,and explores them from the perspective of diachronic time,believes that "Qiao ni shuo de" was formed as a discourse marker in the modern Chinese period.On this basis,new issues to be studied are put forward to provide some directions and prospects for the development of research.
