With the development of Internet technology and the increasing number of people accessing the Internet, the use of pathological Internet has become a growing concern in society.Although there is still debate about whether or not the pathological Internet should be considered as a type of independent clinical psychiatric disorder, the use of pathological Internet as a type of congenital psychiatric disorder has received much attention from many researchers.Previous studies have focused on the study of pathological internet usage, its impact and intervention methods, but few on the underlying mechanisms. In addition, traditional approaches to intervention in pathological Internet use have been less than satisfactory and some even extreme practices have triggered social problems. As a new psychotherapy method developed rapidly in the field of western psychology in recent years, mindfulness therapy has proved its validity and wide adaptability in many fields. It has been demonstrated that mindfulness training has a good effect on a variety of substance addiction and behavioral addictive interventions and can block the automated cognitive response that drives addiction recurrence. In this study, pathological Internet users were used as subjects, and two experiments were conducted to investigate the intrinsic psychological mechanism of pathological interconnection and the impact of mindfulness training on this mechanism. In Experiment 1,a classical point detection paradigm was used to study the attention bias of pathological Internet users. The results showed that for the pathological Internet users, their attention patterns do exist significant changes, specifically for the network-related clues noticeable bias effect. After a short period of mindfulness training, their attentional bias effect will be significantly improved, and their ability to pay attention to attention will also be significantly improved, which is manifested in their ability to pay attention to the irrelevant network words, which indicates that the Mindfulness Training Association The individual's attention becomes more sensitive, the scope of the attention of the outside world information will become broader. In Experiment 2,the effects of attentional bias and mindfulness on pathological Internet users were further discussed. The experiment adopts the research paradigm of learning re-recognition,and subjects are allowed to learn without prior notice of re-recognition of the task, after a period of time to re-confirm the test. The results show that pathological Internet users do indeed have the memory bias effect on Internet-related clues, which shows that Internet-related words are better memorized, the correct rate is higher, and the response is faster. After the training of mind, this memory bias effect will be significantly weakened, subjects' memory effect on non-network words will be significantly improved, showing the memory of all words as a whole has been improved, the actual is to improve the individual' s awareness Features. In addition, there are also gender differences in the effect of mind training intervention, and mind training is more obvious for the improvement of female subjects. In summary, the present study found that:(1)there is a clear cognitive bias among Internet users with pathological Internet-related clues as reflected in the fact that internet-related cues respond faster and memory processing will be better.(2)Mindfulness training can significantly affect the cognitive bias of pathological Internet users, make the attention range and memory processing range of pathological Internet users become more extensive, become more sensitive to the surrounding non-Internet clues information,Improve the cognitive bias of pathological Internet users.(3)The differences in the effects of mindfulness training on pathological Internet users have a greater impact on the attentional bias of female subjects, which may be due to the differences in the content of indulging in the network between men and women Addicted to online games, more interactive, their cognitive function suffered more damage.
