With the development of society and the progress of mankind, the country has paid more and more attention to talent selection, and examinations are the most important way for the country to select talents.Faced with tremendous academic pressure, high school students are prone to varying levels of test anxiety.Moderate pressure can make students face their studies more efficiently. However, persistent and excessive test anxiety not only affects high school students’ academic level but also their physical and mental health. There are many reasons that affect test anxiety.Internal factors include students’ own physiological and psychological factors, and external factors such as family and social support, and cultural environment.According to ecosystem theory and quality stress models, the parenting style of parents for their children may be one of the most important factors affecting test anxiety among high school students. As an internal factor, time management ability also plays a key role in the generation of test anxiety.High school teenagers have a tight schedule. In addition to making reasonable use of class time, how to effectively manage their spare time is an important factor in achieving excellent results. It is crucial for students to learn reasonable time management for their academic development. This study takes high school students as the research object to explore the relationship between parental psychological control, autonomous support, and test anxiety, further explore whether time management disposition as a mediator variable plays a significant role in the relationship between the two,and attempt to intervene in high school students’ time management disposition through group assistance to help individuals alleviate test anxiety.A total of two studies were designed to verify the above conjectures.Study 1conducted a questionnaire survey on 729 students from a high school in Wuhan using the "Parental Psychological Control Scale","Parental Autonomous Support Scale","Adolescent Time Management Disposition Scale",and "Test Anxiety Scale" as the main survey tools to investigate the relationship between parental psychological control, autonomous support, time management disposition, and test anxiety. The data were collected and analyzed using SPSS.Based on the results of the questionnaire,a total of24 students with low scores of time management disposition and high scores of test anxiety were selected for study 2 and divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group participated in group counseling activities on the topic of time management for a total of 8 times, with a fixed activity time of every Friday afternoon. After the last group visit,a questionnaire survey was conducted and analysis was conducted again for the two groups of subjects. The research results show that:(1)There is a significant positive correlation between the three dimensions of the parental control scale(causing guilt, love recovery, and authoritarian aggression); There is a significant positive correlation between the two dimensions of parental autonomous support(autonomous choice, exchange of views). There is a significant positive correlation between the three dimensions of time management disposition(time value, time efficacy, and time monitoring).(2)There is a significant correlation between time management disposition and three variables: parental control and parental autonomy support. There was a impressive positive association between the total score of time management disposition and the total score of parental support; There is a significant negative correlation between the total score of parental autonomy support and the total score of parental control. There is a significant positive correlation between the three dimensions of time management disposition and the two dimensions of parental autonomy support; There is a significant positive correlation between the time value dimension of time management disposition and the guilt inducing dimension of parental control;Time efficacy and time monitoring have significant negative correlations with love retrieval, respectively;Time efficacy was also negatively correlated with authoritarian aggression.(3)Test anxiety is significantly associated with parental control, autonomous support, and time management tendencies.Test anxiety has a significant positive correlation with the total score of parental control, and a significant negative correlation with the total score of parental autonomous support. There is a significant negative correlation between test anxiety and the total score of time management disposition, and there is a significant positive correlation between test anxiety and the three dimensions of parental control; There was a significant negative correlation with the two dimensions of parental autonomy support; There is a significant negative correlation between time management disposition and time efficacy and time monitoring.(4)Parental psychological control significantly positively predicted time management disposition, and significantly positively predicted test anxiety;Time management disposition significantly negatively predicted test anxiety;Parental autonomous support significantly positively predicted time management tendencies, but had no significant predictive effect on test anxiety.(5)Time management disposition plays a partial mediating role between parental psychological control and test anxiety.(6)Time management disposition plays a completely mediating role between parental autonomy support and test anxiety.(7)Parental psychological control and autonomous support affect adolescents’ test anxiety by changing their time management tendencies.(8)Time management group psychological counseling activities can reduce students’ test anxiety by improving students’ time management tendency...
