Test anxiety(TA)is the reaction of an individual to a wide range of worries,psychological disorder,tension and psychological arousal in the evaluation situation,and test anxiety is the anxiety related to a specific situation.Psychological security is a feeling that students can fully show themselves in their daily study life and do not need to worry about the impact on themselves.Parental social comparison is a kind of psychological control exerted by parents on children.It is characterized by parents comparing their children with other children who are considered to be more excellent,which will cause more pain and frustration in children and form a lower psychological security.Therefore,this study aims to explore the relationship among the three variables of high school parents’ social comparison,test anxiety and psychological security,and explore whether psychological security plays an intermediary role in them.Meanwhile,on this basis,intervention research is carried out to improve the sense of security as the main purpose.In the first study,450 high school students in a high school in China were surveyed about their parents’ social comparison Scale,Security Scale and test anxiety Scale,and the relationship between the three and whether psychological security played an intermediary role in the survey.In the second study,20 students with lower than average psychological security were selected from the students in the first study and divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group.Ten subjects in the experimental group received psychological security group counseling intervention,while the control group did not receive intervention processing,to analyze whether the psychological security group counseling on high school students’ test anxiety intervention effect is significant.The specific results are as follows:(1)The social comparison of parents is generally above average.Boys are more likely to feel social comparison with their parents;There is a significant difference in the educational level of parents;There was no significant difference in being an only child.The psychological safety level of high school students is generally low.The total score of psychological safety of male students was significantly higher than that of female students;There is no significant difference in parental education level,among which interpersonal security,a subdimension of psychological security,has a significant difference in whether one is the only child or not.High school test anxiety levels are generally high.The degree of test anxiety of female students is significantly higher than that of male students.There is a significant difference in the educational level of mothers;There was no significant difference in the father’s education level or whether he was a single child.(2)Parents’ social comparison,psychological security,test anxiety three variables are correlated in pairs.Parental social comparison has a significant positive predictive effect on test anxiety,psychological security has a significant negative predictive effect on test anxiety,and parental social comparison has a significant negative predictive effect on psychological security.(3)Psychological security plays a complete mediating role in parents’ social comparison and test anxiety.(4)Group counseling aimed at reducing the level of test anxiety of high school students and improving the degree of psychological security has obvious intervention effect.
