| With the rapid development of information technology,short video provides rich teaching resources for teaching Chinese as a foreign language with its unique advantages such as short time,fast transmission speed and audio-visual symbolization.Short video teaching has gradually become a common teaching method in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.Food is a common topic for all mankind.The application of short videos on food in the Chinese international education class can reflect the unique Chinese food ideas and food culture from multiple perspectives.Li Ziqi’s short videos on food are suitable examples.Based on Chinese traditional culture,her short videos show Chinese traditional pastoral life to people all over the world through the lens,providing a large number of high-quality video resources for Chinese culture teaching,with strong cultural transmission and appeal.If it is applied to the teaching of Chinese culture as a foreign language,it can not only meet the needs of students in learning Chinese culture,but also enhance their interest and confidence in learning Chinese and improve their cross-cultural communication ability.Therefore,in view of the current teaching status of Chinese culture as a foreign language,it is completely necessary to introduce Li Ziqi’s short videos as auxiliary teaching resources into the teaching of Chinese culture as a foreign language.Explore the strategies and methods of using short video to teach Chinese culture as a foreign language.On the basis of previous studies,this paper makes efforts and innovations in the following aspects:First,based on previous studies on Chinese food culture and Li Ziqi’s short videos,combined with the actual situation of my class,the author analyzes the necessity and feasibility of using Li Ziqi’s short videos to teach Chinese food culture as a foreign language.Second,According to the actual situation of students,a complete teaching case "The Life of Tomato" is designed,which combines comparative analysis and audio-visual combination to carry out specific cultural teaching practice and evaluate and reflect on the teaching effect.Third,After the teaching practice of food culture,the students were investigated in detail through the short video of the Life of Tomato and the form of interviews.According to the survey results,it is found that Li Ziqi’s short videos have high value and advantages in teaching Chinese culture as a foreign language,but there are also some problems.Based on the previous research and my own thinking,I put forward the corresponding improvement measures. |
