At present,the information reform process of international Chinese education is entering the uncharted waters.As one of the core literacy of international Chinese teachers,information technology literacy is the key factor to determine the effectiveness of the reform.Under the guidance of the theoretical framework of international Chinese teachers’ information technology literacy,this study investigates the current situation of domestic and international Chinese teachers’ information technology literacy,aiming at perfecting the theoretical system of international Chinese teachers’ professional literacy training,providing knowledge support for improving international Chinese teachers’ information technology literacy,and contributing to the sustained and high-quality development of international Chinese education in the post-epidemic era.First of all,based on the current research situation,this study combs and perfects the evaluation system of international Chinese teachers’ information technology literacy,and defines the connotation of international Chinese teachers’ information technology literacy including four dimensions: consciousness,knowledge,ability and ethics.On this basis,this thesis constructs an index system of international Chinese teachers’ information technology literacy,and provides a theoretical basis for the current situation investigation and promotion strategy formulation.Secondly,this study evaluates the current situation of information technology literacy of international Chinese teachers in the form of questionnaire survey and interview.The questionnaire survey examines teachers’ information technology literacy level from four aspects: consciousness,knowledge,ability and ethics.Furthermore,the interview focused on some key issues and supplemented the results of the questionnaire survey.The survey results show that the information technology knowledge and ability literacy of international Chinese teachers need to be improved urgently.In addition,the factors affecting the implementation of information-based teaching mainly include the lack of relevant training and the influence of traditional teaching mode.Finally,according to the connotation and present situation of international Chinese teachers’ information technology literacy,this study presents the promotion path of information technology literacy.The goal and level of improving information technology literacy from junior to senior are formulated,which provides reference for teachers’ selfimprovement of information technology literacy.In addition,this study combines internal and external factors to put forward specific promotion strategies: First,stimulate teachers’ awareness of self-improvement of information technology literacy;Second,attach importance to the construction of information technology application environment;Third,improve the information technology evaluation and incentive system;Fourth,improve the modern information technology training system.
