Cultural heritage is a witness to the historical changes of the Chinese nation,also a carrier of China’s excellent traditional culture.In the context of integration of culture and tourism,the popularity of cultural heritage tourism relying on cultural heritage resources is increasing.However,due to unreasonable development,the current development of cultural heritage tourism has problems such as cultural degradation and cultural commercialization.In 2019,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China reviewed and approved the "Construction Plan for the Great Wall,the Grand Canal,and the Long March National Cultural Park".As a programmatic instruction for the protection and promotion of cultural heritage in the new era,the proposal of the National Cultural Park responded to the limitations of China’s cultural heritage tourism development and innovated the cultural heritage tourism system.Promoting the development of cultural heritage tourism in the context of the construction of national cultural parks helps to achieve the scientific protection,inheritance,and rational utilization of cultural heritage resources.Firstly,based on a review of relevant theories and literature,this study analyzes the interrelationship and correspondence between cultural heritage tourism and national cultural park,as well as the characteristics of cultural heritage tourism in the context of national cultural park construction.Secondly,based on field research,the thesis analyzes the current situation of cultural heritage tourism development of the Grand Canal in Gongshu District.Finally,based on system theory and previous experience,a system of influencing factors for the cultural heritage tourism development of the Grand Canal in Gongshu section is constructed;Based on stakeholder theory,questionnaires were designed for government,enterprises,and tourists to obtain the perceived results from a dual perspective,countermeasures and suggestions were proposed based on the actual development of the Grand Canal cultural heritage tourism in Gongshu section.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Cultural heritage tourism has new characteristics in the context of the construction of national cultural park,which are closely related and interdependent;(2)Through field investigations and interviews,it was found that there are problems in the cultural heritage tourism of the Grand Canal in Gongshu District,such as confusion in the overall management mechanism,lack of characteristics,destruction of the original environment,loss of authenticity of cultural heritage and lack of cultural identity;(3)Through the construction of the influencing factor system and the questionnaire survey,it is known that the government,enterprises,and tourists have a high perceived correlation with the various factors of the basement layer dynamic subsystem,with a small difference in their perspectives,the development foundation of the Grand Canal cultural heritage tourism in Gongshu section is good,and tourists’ satisfaction is high,but tourists generally lack awareness of the national cultural park,The Grand Canal cultural heritage tourism in Gongshu section still has broad development space under the background of the construction of the national cultural park;(4)In terms of countermeasures,it is believed that the future development of the Grand Canal cultural heritage tourism in Gongshu District needs to improve the overall coordination mechanism and strengthen support for protection;Introducing new scientific and technological means to improve protection capabilities;Exploring the connotation of cultural heritage and strengthening cultural identity;Improve tourism infrastructure and service quality;Effectively integrate social resources and form a protective force.
