| Creativity is a vital driving force behind innovative design, and fostering team creativity is key to supporting innovation design. With the deepening of creativity research and the rapid development of information technology, how to utilize computers to assist team innovation design and break through mental boundaries to inspire creativity has become a hot research topic. From existing studies on creativity support systems,it has been found that team members, due to individual cognitive differences, may face challenges in achieving mutual understanding and forming shared mental models during the innovation design process, which are essential for stimulating innovative thinking and generating more innovative outcomes. To address these issues, this study proposes the construction of a team shared mental model to extract and label key design thinking within the team.Furthermore,a team innovation design process model is developed to stimulate team creativity.Ultimately,a computer-assisted innovation design tool system is created to support team creativity, focusing on the following aspects:Construction of a team shared mental model: Four relationships, namely justification, evolution, association, and integration, are proposed to characterize innovative design thinking in order to build a shared mental model within the team.A dynamic evaluation method is introduced to mark key design thinking within the team and generate evaluative knowledge to stimulate divergent and convergent thinking.Construction of an innovation design process model to support team creativity:Based on research on innovation design,it is proposed that the innovation design process involves the interaction and iterative process among problem, knowledge, and solution spaces. The role of the shared mental model in stimulating team creativity during the problem-knowledge-solution innovation design process is explained, and an innovation design process model is constructed to support team creativity.Proposal of a dynamic evaluation strategy based on cognitive incentives: Through the use of link diagram methods and cognitive verbal experiments, the impact of dynamic evaluation incentives on team innovative thinking and outcomes is analyzed.A dynamic evaluation process and strategy are proposed, including the transformation of evaluation information from problem and solution domains into evaluative knowledge.Establishment of a team creativity support system tool framework for assisting innovation design: Based on the research findings,a three-stage innovation design process is established, including problem analysis, knowledge evaluation, and solution generation. The framework includes three main functional modules: shared collaboration, problem evaluation, and solution evaluation. In summary, this study explores the impact of shared mental models on team creativity and how computer-assisted tools can facilitate team innovation design.Through the construction of a team shared mental model, four relationships of design thinking and dynamic evaluation methods are proposed.Based on the shared mental model,an innovation design process model of problem-knowledge-solution is presented, and a prototype system is created to support team creativity. |
