As one of the most important research directions in the dance discipline,"dance performance" is also the most demanding in terms of practice,as dance uses the body to convey emotions, which has a more intuitive expression effect than the written language. The theoretical aspect is to summarize the accumulated practical experience into a theoretical text that can be used as a reference. The reason for this is that the author believes that a good dancer’s highlight on stage is the result of a combination of factors.Among the many artistic disciplines, dance has the closest relationship with the human body. Therefore, dance in the long term development process for the physical practice of high importance, but ignore many internal factors in playing a key role. From a single perspective to a multi-dimensional perspective. From the perceptual level to the rational level, making the two promote each other,so as to better guide the practice. This dissertation takes the study repertoire of folk dance,"Yoyo Rhythm",as an example, combining years of experience in dance practice with a summary of practical experience as a graduate student in the dance performance direction during graduate school. This thesis is an in-depth discussion of what important abilities a good dancer should have. This course will discuss what are the important abilities that a good dancer should have,so that dance practice and theory can be truly merged into one.We take the dance ontology combined with the repertoire "Yoran Rhythm" as the object of study, and study it from multiple dimensions as an entry. We will avoid the narrow-mindedness and the view of the subject matter.Although the literal meaning of "dance performance" can be interpreted as the performance of the body and face,it cannot be studied superficially from the external level. The author believes that a good stage performance requires not only a flexible body, but is also closely related to personal experience, aesthetics, culture and cognition. Therefore, the author explores dance performance from multiple perspectives.
