| Dance is an art that draws inspiration from objective reality,through artistic processing,reveals subjective thoughts and reflects social spirit and culture through wonderful human movements.As a dancer,we need to deal with the relationship between "body" and "heart" during the dance performance,that is,to lead the body with the heart,to achieve the integration of body and mind,body and mind performance realm.The concept of "integration of body and mind" is integrated into dance performance art,and analyzed from the perspectives of dance works,dance roles,dance thinking,and dance consciousness by combining learning experience with dance plays with distinctive styles,such as Flowers at that time,Lotus Heart,Orchid,Lin Huiyin,and Erguna River.This paper discusses the significance of "the unity of body and mind" in shaping character image and expressing character emotion in dance performance.The main part of this paper is divided into three chapters: The first chapter "the integration of body and mind in dance performance" mainly expounds the relationship between body and mind and its expression form;The second chapter,"The performance of the Dancer’s ’integration of body and mind’ in the work",mainly discusses the author’s performance experience of "integration of body and mind" and the final affection and charm presentation of the play.The third chapter,"Multidimensional content of the Integration of body and mind in dance Performance",discusses why and how "body" and "heart" are integrated from the aspects of thinking initiative,character positioning and dance language form.The charm of dance performance art lies in that it concentrates the image to be expressed on the stage through the shaping of dancers,and it must be people,things,culture,spirit,etc.,and is not limited by time and place,which is a great enjoyment and satisfaction of spiritual life for modern people.This paper summarizes the relevant arguments through the emotional experience of "the integration of body and mind" in the process of dance performance,so as to provide reference for dance performance. |
