"Golden Course" is a high-level,innovative and challenging high-quality course proposed with the advent of the new era and the needs of the new national conditions.Since the "National Conference on undergraduate education in Colleges and universities in the new era" was held in Chengdu,Sichuan Province on June 21,2018,"Golden Course" has become one of the hot topics in education field.The construction of "Golden Course" in higher vocational colleges has three characteristics: applicability,systematicness and motivation.Based on these characteristics,this thesis runs through the professional characteristics of Music Education-normality,and from the perspective of teachers,puts forward corresponding strategies from the four dimensions: “new objective”,“new methods”,“new ideas” and “new practice”,so as to promote the development of normal vocal music talents to become communication-oriented,research-oriented and profession-oriented professionals who are sophisticated,innovative and practical with equal emphasis on many aspects.Thus,to improve the quality of vocal music teaching,and to create the quality "Golden Course" of certain significance.
