Research On Cultural Nihilism And Its Governance In The New Era

Cultural nihilism is a nihilistic traditional culture of the Chinese nation since modern times,and has evolved into a wrong social ideological trend of "selective nihilism" of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics in the new era.In recent years,the sediment of cultural nihilism has sprung up,dwarfing the excellent traditional Chinese culture,questioning the revolutionary culture,deconstructing the advanced socialist culture,disparaging the mainstream,questioning the loftiness,dispelling the significance,and subverting the core values.It has greatly impacted the belief,confidence,and the ideological foundation of common struggle of the Chinese people,and has had a negative impact on the construction of the Chinese spirit,Chinese values,and Chinese strength that can not be underestimated.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to make an in-depth study on the trend of cultural nihilism in the new era and put forward corresponding countermeasures.Taking cultural nihilism as the research object,this paper uses the Marxist stand,viewpoint and method to explore the connotation,proposition and essence of cultural nihilism in the new era,analyzes the characteristics and causes of the spread and penetration of cultural nihilism in the new era,summarizes the realistic representation and harm of cultural nihilism in the new era,and explores the countermeasures to govern cultural nihilism in the new era.First of all,this paper defines the connotation of cultural nihilism,clarifies the similarities and differences between cultural nihilism and related ideological trends,summarizes that the basic propositions of cultural nihilism in the new era are to respect Confucianism but not horse and non China and the west,and summarizes the essence of cultural nihilism in the new era from the perspective of theoretical fallacies and political schemes.Secondly,this paper explores the communication characteristics of cultural nihilism in the new era from the five aspects of communication subject,content,audience,means and effect,and analyzes the causes of the penetration of cultural nihilism in the new era from the perspectives of international factors,popular factors,media factors and regulatory factors.Then,through social dynamic analysis,this paper explores the basic characteristics of cultural nihilism in the new era,analyzes the practical harm it causes,and focuses on the negative impact of cultural nihilism on Chinese people’s ideals,beliefs,values and moral concepts.Finally,this paper explores the main measures to govern cultural nihilism in the new era from the four aspects of key issues,key opportunities,key groups and key fields,and puts forward that we should provide conditions for the governance of cultural nihilism in the new era from the aspects of strengthening system construction,improving management mechanism and perfecting laws and regulations,so as to form a comprehensive regulation of the ideological trend of cultural nihilism.
