The Logical And Practical Path Of China’s Rural Cultural Governance In The New Era

The Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee proposed to promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity,which is a systematic project.In the report on the Work of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it was proposed to comprehensively promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation through Chinese-style modernization.Such an era has put forward higher requirements for cultural development.The countryside is not only the living field of villagers for generations,but also the foundation of Chinese culture.Therefore,the research on rural cultural governance needs to be more comprehensive,so as to explore the effective practice path of rural cultural governance,promote the modernization of rural cultural governance,and improve the ability of rural governance.The title of this paper is "The Logical and Practical Path of Rural cultural Governance in China in the New era".This paper is divided into five parts.Through the analysis and discussion of the five parts,this paper focuses on the core issues such as what rural cultural governance is,the achievements and existing problems of rural cultural governance in the new era,the development direction of rural cultural governance in the new era and how to do it.This paper holds that since entering the new era,rural cultural governance has achieved a lot of results,but there is still a certain lag in rural culture,and rural cultural governance is mainly represented by the weak links of politicization,movement,conformity and utilitarianism.On the basis of sorting out the existing experience and practical problems,this paper puts forward the development direction of rural cultural governance from two aspects of theory and practice.The main innovation point is that by combining the characteristics of the current socialist construction with Chinese characteristics into a new era and the characteristics of the era of informatization and digitalization,it resorts the relevant problems of rural cultural governance from a new perspective and puts forward the practice path of keeping pace with The Times.The first part of this paper mainly discusses the theoretical elaboration of rural culture governance,and defines the concepts of rural culture,cultural governance and rural culture governance.Rural culture governance has two dimensions: it is necessary to govern rural culture,but also to rely on rural culture and give full play to the inherent governance function of rural culture.The second part describes the proposal background of rural culture governance and the progress and achievements of our country’s rural culture governance since the new era.The third part analyzes the outstanding problems existing in the current process of rural cultural governance in China.There are still some gaps between traditional local culture and modern culture,and there are still some difficulties and weak links in rural cultural governance.The fourth part analyzes the logic of China’s rural cultural governance in the new era.Rural cultural governance is a process,which needs to constantly improve the degree of rural culture identity,rationalization and publicity,enhance the degree of rural cultural governance wisdom,and firmly establish the socialist core values,in order to build a new pattern of rural cultural governance endogenous development.The fifth part explores the practical path of rural cultural governance in China in the new era.The modernization of rural cultural governance requires the joint efforts of multiple parties,which can attract multiple subjects to participate in governance,build a modern governance platform,and form a governance system of "three governance combined" to adapt to the development of The Times and inject new vitality into rural culture.Provide inexhaustible impetus for the modernization of rural cultural governance system and governance ability.
