A Study On Grassroots Cultural Governance In The Context Of Culture And Tourism Integration

In the report of the 20 th National Congress of CPC,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that in order to build a modern socialist country in all respects,we must stick to the socialist cultural development with Chinese characteristics,enhance cultural self-confidence,and further stimulate the creativity and creativity of the entire nation’s culture,so as to strengthen the spirit power of Chinese Dream.Therefore,under the guidance of president Xi,based on the integration of culture and tourism,by exploring the rich local cultural resources,it is of great significance to promote the modernization of grassroots cultural governance capacity with the help of cultural soft power.This paper takes LJ Town of SX Province as the research object,and conducts an in-depth study on its cultural governance under the background of cultural and tourism integration.The paper mainly includes five parts: the first part is the research background,purpose and significance.This paper reviews the domestic and foreign research literature on grassroots cultural governance and cultural and tourism integration,and puts forward the research content,methods and innovations of this paper.The second part defines the concept of grassroots cultural governance from three factors: governance subject,governance tool and governance performance,and discusses the relevant theories such as collaborative governance,rural governance and governance elements.The third part introduces and analyzes the current situation of grassroots cultural governance under the background of the integration of culture and tourism.Taking LJ Town as an example,from the perspectives of local cultural resources and cultural governance factors,the author sorts out the cultural governance situation of the town by using field research method,literature research method and interview method.The fourth part points out the problems and causes in the cultural governance of LJ town under the background of the integration of culture and tourism.The main problems include “separate governance”,fragmented governance tools and weak governance performance.The main reasons are imperfect collaborative governance mechanism,insufficient tool integration and insufficient performance.The fifth part is the solution part.Considering the problems and causes of LJ Town’s grass-roots cultural governance,the author gives solutions and suggestions from the aspects of building diversified governance subjects,using multi-dimensional governance tools,and choosing diversified governance directions.The research results of this paper can not only provide relevant theoretical guidance and practical inspiration for LJ Town in SX Province to conduct grass-roots cultural governance under the background of cultural and tourism integration,but also provide experience for similar towns to carry out grass-roots cultural governance under the background of cultural and tourism integration,and constantly improve the efficiency of township cultural governance.
