| In order to achieve the competitive development of the enterprise,it is necessary to focus on the high-quality work of the superior leaders.In order to achieve the competitive development of the enterprise,we can not only focus on the competitive development of the enterprise,but also focus on the high-quality performance of the employees in order to achieve the competitive development of the enterprise.At present,there is still supplementary space for the research on the influence mechanism of organizational citizenship behavior.This study will start with the investigation of humble leadership,explore its influence on organizational citizenship behavior,and construct a model with psychological empowerment as the intermediary between them and proactive personality as the adjustment between humble leadership and psychological empowerment.Using the method of cross-sectional design,this study takes 442 employees of enterprises and institutions as the research object,and investigates the current situation of humble leadership,psychological empowerment,proactive personality and organizational citizenship behavior in enterprises and institutions through four scales: humble leadership scale,psychological empowerment scale,proactive personality scale and organizational citizenship behavior scale The relationship between organizational citizenship behavior.The results show that:(1)there are significant differences in demographic variables between humble leadership,psychological empowerment,proactive personality and organizational citizenship behavior;(2)The standardized regression coefficients in the regression analysis of organizational citizenship behavior on humble leadership and psychological empowerment are significant;(3)The standardized regression coefficient in the regression analysis of psychological empowerment on humble leadership is significant;(4)Psychological empowerment has a significant mediating effect between humble leadership and organizational citizenship behavior;(5)Proactive personality has a significant moderating effect between humble leadership and psychological empowerment;(6)In the mediation model with regulation,the mediation effect of psychological empowerment and the regulation effect of proactive personality are significant.Based on the research results,the conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Humble leaders in enterprises and institutions can positively predict employees’ psychological empowerment and organizational citizenship behavior;(2)The psychological empowerment of enterprise employees can positively predict organizational citizenship behavior;(3)The psychological empowerment of enterprise employees plays an intermediary role between humble leadership and organizational citizenship behavior;(4)The proactive personality of enterprise employees can positively regulate the relationship between humble leadership and psychological empowerment;(5)Four variables constitute a moderating intermediary model.Psychological empowerment still plays an intermediary role between humble leadership and organizational citizenship behavior,and proactive personality also positively regulates the relationship between humble leadership and psychological empowerment. |
