| With the education concept of "student-oriented" gradually going deep into teaching practice,personalized teaching has the characteristics of subjectivity,democracy,creativity and pertinence.It plays an irreplaceable role in helping students achieve optimal development.Individualized teaching in primary school reflects the most suitable development for every student.Letting every student get the warmest care and other educational ideals.Its purpose is to understand the students carefully,formulate unique solutions for students’ individual development to solve the problem of students’ lack of personality and creativity.It can improve students’ personal quality and finally cultivate talents who meet the needs of the society.As the ideal of class teaching,personalized teaching has always been pursued by school education.As a result,personalized teaching has only become a kind of out of reach due to various reasons such as educators,educational environment and society.However,it is a teaching behavior pursued diligently.Moreover,due to the lack of scientific research on practical operation in the theoretical exploration of personalized teaching,and front-line teachers often teach with experience.They are unconsciously engaged in personalized teaching,or they cannot fundamentally understand the concept and law of personalized teaching.As a result,personalized teaching can not be implemented normally in primary school teaching.Therefore,this paper takes the concept,behavior,practical performance and problems of primary school English teachers in implementing personalized teaching as the research object,questionnaire and interview are the basic research methods.Through the investigation,it is found that there are some problems in personalized teaching,such as questionable content and chaotic methods.Sometimes there are no problems in the evaluation,weak sustainability,too high challenge,poor informatization and so on.At the same time,this paper attributes the existing problems.Mainly due to objective factors such as system,complexity and resource supply and the lack of understanding of teachers’ personalized teaching concept.And it is caused by subjective factors such as insufficient implementation ability,poor evaluation effect,excessive teaching pressure and so on.Finally,it puts forward some countermeasures,such as top-level design,content improvement and teachers’ responsibility,in order to realize the specialization of personalized English Teaching in primary school. |
