The Party Central Committee and the State Council are currently focusing on the great development and prosperity of socialist culture in China,and promoting the progress of cultural undertakings.Establishing regional cultural brands has also become an important task.The formation of this brand not only comes from the talent of specific geographical history,but also relies on the creativity of the people living in the region.It needs to become a unique spiritual wealth through the continuous accumulation and inheritance of civilization and culture.The core of culture lies in creativity.To transform regional culture into a brand project with local characteristics,it is necessary to combine it with the spiritual guidance factors and creative thinking factors stimulated in the modernization process.This represents a new realm of reshaping regional culture.In recent years,Gong’an County in Hubei Province has actively inherited and promoted the traditional culture of local public security,promoted the development of local industries,and is committed to creating a cultural brand with regional characteristics known as the "Three Yuan of Public Security".However,in the visual presentation of the character images of the "Three Yuan of Public Security",it is too traditional and simplistic.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to explore how to transform the character images through illustration art to present a diverse artistic style,meet contemporary cultural and artistic needs and aesthetic standards,attract the attention of young readers,and enhance the influence of the historical allusion cultural brand.This article is based on the graduation project "Research on the Design of the Figure Illustration of the" Three Yuan of Public Security ",aiming to explore the visual representation of regional cultural characteristics in figure illustration.This study needs to analyze,summarize,and summarize the overall cultural background and literary works and achievements of celebrities in historical allusions of the " Three Yuan of Public Security".At the same time,it is also necessary to conduct a detailed study of the personalities of each"Three Yuan"character,and conduct in-depth analysis based on their personal experiences and preferences,in order to ensure that illustration design can maintain literary and artistic characteristics and convey historical heritage.In addition,the preliminary on-site research work will go to the"Public Security Three Yuan"Research Institute,the Three Yuan Cultural Square,and the Memorial Hall in the hometown with rich historical data for on-site inspection and recording.Through these on-site inspections,it is possible to deeply analyze the character style and characteristic expressions that need to be emphasized in the creation.Then,based on one’s own professional abilities,combined with case analysis and experience summary methods,choose personalized illustration design styles for creation and application,in order to help establish and promote the"Three Yuan"cultural brand of public security.
