| This paper takes the print illustration of the Jin gu qi guan of Baohanlou in Wu County at the end of the Ming Dynasty as the main research object,focusing on the understanding,selection and reconstruction of images from the perspective of the recipient.As an anthology of "Sanyan" and "Amazing Tales: Second Series",Jin gu qi guan is based on the internalization and integration of self-perception and new expressions made by some audiences to cater to the original understanding of the original.The reproduction and visual expression of images to text more intuitively reflect the popular fashion in a specific era.The article first summarizes the publishing background and version content of Jin gu qi guan;secondly,focusing on Baohanlou’s book Jin gu qi guan,compares the original discussion from the selection of plot and the display of scenes with the similarities and differences and the graphic relationship of this magazine;and then the differentiation of the same visual element in the magazine.The reconstruction of the image world is discussed by the visual communication composed of image expression,layout,perspective,geometric space unit boundaries,etc.Finally,it examines other novel illustrations at the same time and in the same region,and summarizes the common tendency for image performance and the reaction and value of the recipient.In order to fit the market and enhance communication,the commonality shown by the image must be influenced and selected by the audience.The discussion of images in a specific time and region also reflects the fashion of one class at that time. |
